Five major systems realize online business
Zhenkunxing has now built five systems using Defan Cloud aPaaS.

The third is 360-degree evaluation system . On the system, the entire company's personnel can be evaluated anonymously to prevent the occurrence of "personal prejudice" and "assessment blind spots". It is a more comprehensive, objective and scientific evaluation method.

The first time I came into contact with low code was about two months ago, when I officially took over the Defan Cloud project. At that time, I also thought that low code might be a complex programming tool. After I came into contact with
, I found that using with low code is relatively simple and easy to get started with . I graduated from an IT major and have good computer basic and basic programming skills. In addition, the detailed functional documents provided by Defan and the functional components of Defan Cloud popular easy to learn . is relatively simple to get started with Defan Cloud .
However, there are some difficulties in getting started, because Defanyun pays more attention to logic thinking , unlike the programming statements I learned before, only focus on statement logic. Using Defan Cloud requires combining business and technology, so I need to adjust my thinking first. At that time, the demand in our business department was also relatively tight. I was indeed difficult to get started when I was not fully researched on Defan Cloud.
After two months of learning and practice, I have mastered the basic components of Defan Cloud and various applications of various applications , and no longer feels it is difficult to use Defan Cloud.However, when implementing business needs, I will continue to try (especially new functions and features), improve system logic, and seek better implementation methods.
Efficiently complete development tasks
When I took over the Defan Cloud project, the system modules and functions mentioned above have been basically built. At present, my work is mainly maintenance and I develop relatively little by myself.
Of course, the business department often has some temporary needs to me. I will combine the functions of Defan Cloud with my current capabilities to discuss specific design and construction methods with them.
For example, I built a security inspection system before. The requirements provided by the business are relatively clear, with front-end input, back-end output, front-end display, linkage requirements, etc., all of which are clear and written in the document. I built it based on the documentation and spent about to build the system framework. Of course, after the construction of
is completed, various small functional points and other details need to be implemented slowly for a long time, and the system will not be officially launched after about a month. However, this development efficiency is also very high.

Defan Cloud has many functions that exceed my expectations. The process of using Defan Cloud is a process of constantly accepting surprises .
Defan Cloud will add some unexpected functions after each update and iteration. Recently, the virtual component field has been added. At first I didn't know what it does. Later, I took on a project with computing needs. I dragged the virtual component in at will and found that it can achieve automatic calculation effect, which is a surprise.

In the past, we were all offline, and the audit risk was high, and there would also be problems similar to bidding . There was a case before, and our demand documents gave the other quotation. The documents submitted opposite included information from our internal personnel, which caused a lot of trouble in the audit process. After communicating with the person in charge of our team, Defan built a procurement bidding system. After the system is online, the bidding business of is completely online, and all bidding documents, demand documents, etc. are delivered online. The entire process is open and transparent. We no longer need one-to-one docking with suppliers, and supplier bidding does not require human intervention. At the same time, Defan also made very rigorous permission control . Due to limited contact time, I have not had the chance to use many functions of Defan Cloud. Secondly, although the self-development module is relatively simple to implement, it is still difficult for me to learn. I hope that Defan Cloud can have more and more powerful functional components to be launched, reduce some difficulty in using it, and implement corresponding functions more quickly.
