Zhao Guanghan is a famous official of the Western Han Dynasty . His initial official position was a county magistrate. Later, because of his integrity in politics, he was promoted repeatedly by the emperor and finally became the highest administrative officer of the capital at that time. The capital of the Han Dynasty is in Chang'an . Zhao Guanghan is Jingzhao Yin, the supreme leader of the capital Chang'an City .
There is a Xinfeng County under Chang'an City, and the county magistrate at that time was named Du Jian. Du Jian’s social relations are very complicated. Not only do he have contact with many people in the court who hold great power, but he also has some friendship with various evil forces in society. It can be imagined that such a person is naturally a corrupt official.
In the past, the emperor built a tomb for himself during his lifetime. The same is true for Emperor Zhao of Han at that time. His tomb was called Zhaoling. The official responsible for building Zhaoling is Du Jian. He took this opportunity to embezzle a lot of money. Someone once reported this to Zhao Guanghan, and Zhao Guanghan then warned him that officials should be honest and not be corrupt and bribes. Later, after Emperor Zhao of Han died, he was buried in Zhaoling Mausoleum, and Du Jian was the official guarding the mausoleum. Zhao Guanghan was very angry, so he arrested Du Jian in prison, investigated his crimes, and prepared for punishment. But as soon as Du Jian was imprisoned, trouble came. At this time, many senior officials even came to his door to excuse him for guilt. When Zhao Guanghan saw the serious problem, he simply took the case and killed Du Jian as soon as possible.
