Li Chi
During the Zhenyuan period of Emperor Dezong of the Tang Dynasty, Li Chi, a Jinshi from Wu County in China, traveled to Fujian with Zhao Minzhi. They came to Xin'an in , Quzhou, , which was still thirty miles away from the county seat, and lived in the hall of the post house.
At midnight, a woman suddenly entered the yard. Li Chi jumped up in his sleep, went down the steps, and bowed to the woman. After a long time, the two of them walked into the hall, opened the book box and took out pen and paper. Li Chi wrote a letter to his parents, saying in the letter: "I was chosen by Mr. Guo to be his son-in-law." The words had overlapping meanings. After writing, he put the letter in the book box.

Then the two returned to the yard, and the woman pulled out a scarf and strangled Li Chi's neck. Zhao Minzhi saw it and ran out and shouted loudly. The woman put away her scarf and ran away.
Zhao Minzhi took out the letter and showed it to Li Chi. Li Chi felt as if he had written it in a dream. The next day, the two walked together again and walked south to the post house in Jianzhong. In broad daylight, Li Chi disappeared again.
Zhao Minzhi hurried to the toilet and saw Li Chi sitting on the bed stool. He was very angry and said to Zhao Minzhi: "I was about to salute and thank you, but you woke me up."
When he arrived in Fuzhou ten days later, the subordinate officials had old friends with Li Chi. When they hosted a banquet for them, Li Chi disappeared again. Zhao Minzhi hurried to the toilet and saw Li Chi lying stiffly on the ground, dead.

Wei Peng
Wei Peng, the governor of Jianzhou, lived in Nanchang after his resignation. He had never been interested in writing poetry, but then he fell ill. He was confused and mentally disturbed, as if someone was controlling him. Like this, I suddenly had to write down a poem:
"I am lonely and angry at Qingjiang , and every time I see the sun goes to night. The shadows of pine trees are swaying in the long wind, and the light of toads falls on the rock meadows. My hometown is thousands of miles away, and relatives rarely see each other. Looking at the empty cloud mountains, I shed tears of sorrow. I hate being a guest in Quantai and returning to this foreign county. I wish to say that I will remember the past and suddenly abandon the shortcomings."
The poetry of this poem is just like the one given to Wei Peng by his deceased wife. More than ten days later, Wei Peng died.

Daozhengfang House
During the Zhenyuan period of Emperor Dezong of the Tang Dynasty, there was a small house on the east side of the cross street in Daozhengli. Weird and bizarre things could be seen every day. People who lived here were bound to encounter great disasters.

Fang Ciqing, who was a Jinshi at that time, rented Xiyuan to live there, but he was fine for several months. So he boasted to everyone: "My future can be obtained naturally and smoothly. They say this house is a haunted house, but it is nothing to me."
After hearing this, Li Zhifang replied: "You are more vicious than this house." Everyone laughed after hearing this.
This house was later bought by Dongping Jiedushi Li Shigu as a memorial hall. At that time, the Dongping Army celebrated winter every year. Under normal circumstances, there were fifty or sixty people, followed by eagles and dogs, military generals, soldiers and officials, and cooking and slaughtering had become a common habit.
Hedong: Also known as "Worship the Winter", this custom existed in the Han Dynasty . Eastern Han Dynasty Cui Ding's " Four People's Monthly Orders ": "On the day of the winter solstice, we have wine and food to pay homage to the king, teachers and elders, just like the official day." On this day in the Song Dynasty, people changed new clothes and celebrated exchanges, just like the New Year. In the Qing Dynasty, "the solstice was the winter solstice, and scholars The doctor's family paid their respects to the elders and paid homage to each other. Men and women of the common people must also wear fresh clothes to bow to each other, which is called "paying winter respects."
Jinshi Li Zhangwu has just passed the imperial examination. Relying on his youth and strength, he came to visit Taishi Cheng Xu Ze early in the morning. It happened that Xu Ze had gone out in the morning, so he rested his horse in this yard.
Soldiers of the Dongping Army on this day They all came back, and suddenly they saw an old man in the hall with a stooped back and wearing maroon clothes, with red eyes and tears, basking in the sun on the street. There was an old woman in Xixuan wearing a dark yellow skirt and a white crotch. She carried two cages on her shoulders, which contained broken bones of dead people, donkey bones and horse bones. She also had six or seven human ribs inserted into her bun as a hairpin, as if she was preparing to move away.

The old man shouted: "Why are you here, Fourth Lady?" The old woman responded: "Hello, Gao Bazhang, I wish you well." Then he said anxiously: "I will say goodbye to you and leave here for now. This house has been too noisy recently and cannot be lived in."
Li Zhangwu's good friend said personally that this house is a haunted house. Others say that Li Zhangwu obtained the divine beads and beauties as a result.
