Located in the north of the city, the two mountains of Yunlong and General Mountain are like ministers in the mountain city. They rise up from the ground, stand tall, and penetrate into the clouds and sky, looking down at the mountains, standing opposite each other, echoing each other from afar.
There is also a tragic story in the two mountains. A long time ago, there was a pair of brothers. The older brother was called General and the younger brother was called Yunlong. They were both tall and burly, with great martial arts skills, and were all brave enough to be a thousand men. They were famous heroes and knights far and wide.
Later, their parents passed away. One day, the two brothers had differences and disputes over territory. The conflict became more and more intense and no one could dissuade them. So both sides used force and the two brothers fought. The troops on both sides fought for three days and three nights, and the sky and earth were dark, and the sun and the moon were gone. Both sides were injured. The brother was killed by his younger brother and was shot in the lower abdomen. The brother was cut off half of his right arm by his brother. Later, the brother and his brother unfortunately died of excessive bleeding and excessive fatigue.
After their death, their bodies each turned into a mountain, and their brother turned into General Mountain, about 8 kilometers north of Dafang City. The famous Battle of General Mountain took place at the foot of its mountain. Now there is a cave in the lower half of the mountain called Longtankou, which is the place where the younger brother was killed. A few years ago, Longtankou was a place where local people worshiped the rain. They bought a sheep, prepared incense, wax, paper, candles and other sacrificial items, pulled the sheep to the entrance of the cave to kill, light incense, wax, paper, candles, and used the sheep's head to pay tribute to the Dragon Prince. Sometimes it was really coincidental. After the commemoration, the clear sky suddenly became dark clouds and it started to rain. Some people say that the Dragon Prince was quite effective. Yunlong Mountain, which was transformed by my younger brother, is located in the northwest direction behind Dafang City. Because Yunlong Mountain is high in terrain, it is often covered with clouds and mist all year round. Yunlong Mountain is truly worthy of its name. Until now, Yunlong Mountain looks very asymmetrical on the left and right sides, and there is obviously a part of it missing, which is the right arm that was cut off by his brother back then. They kept glaring at each other and met from afar.
As time goes by, I think the brothers’ hatred has long been resolved and the smoke has disappeared! Now, whether it is General Mountain or Yunlong Mountain, it is an important barrier and mainstay of Dafang Mountain City.
There is also Hangrui Expressway at the foot of General Mountain, Chenggui High-speed Railway, like two parallel jade belts, lying peacefully between the foot of the mountain and the village, like a loving mother, quietly watching the children who are rushing back and forth day and night, watching their children grow up day by day, and I can't help but feel happy and joy in my heart!
