(3) Excellent athletic performance, able to meet any of the following conditions:
1, Olympic events breaking world records, Asian records or national records (excluding youth records);
2, being awarded the title of international athletes;
3, being awarded sports Master title, and participate in the items and competitions listed in the "2021 Competitive Athlete's Qualifications and Competitions", and get the top eight in the world sports competition, or the top six in the Asian sports competition, or the top three in the national sports competition;
