Bellingham is an expensive target for Liverpool and that could be a big problem. If a bidding war begins, Liverpool could be the first to pull out.
Real Madrid
Real Madrid have veered slightly away from the " Galacticos " style signings over the past few seasons, but they could make an exception for a star like Bellingham. He's only 19, but he already has that aura.
It is undeniable that Real Madrid wants him, but the futures of Modric and Kroos need to be determined first. They weren't going to sign Bellingham and have him sit on the bench for a season, and he wasn't going to join for that.
Manchester City

Bellingham and Haaland were both closely linked before they left for Dortmund, and it would be very worrying to see them both end up going to their biggest rivals. Chelsea
Chelsea's purchasing power under Todd Boley is not entirely clear, but Bellingham is affordable.
