After two stages of voting, the competition committee selected the new leaders of the national table tennis team coaching staff: the head coach is Li Xun, the head coach of the men's team is Wang Hao, the head coach of the women's team is Ma Lin, and the mixed doubles team leader is Xiao Zhan. Liu Heng and other 24 coaches have entered the national table tennis coaching list.
China Table Tennis Association stated that the selected list will be submitted for approval in accordance with procedures. Subsequently, the competition evaluation committee will vote together with the new national team head coach, national men's team head coach, national women's team head coach, national team mixed doubles leader and national team athlete representatives to select the remaining coaches from the list, including men's and women's youth team coaches, national team coaches, national youth team coaches, etc.
