The competition process of the National Table Tennis Team
According to the relevant regulations of the competition, in the first stage, the 21 candidates will be eliminated to a range of 28 people by voting; in the second stage, the national team head coach, the national team men's team head coach, the national team women's team head coach, and the national team mixed doubles leader will be voted out within the 28 people. After the competition meeting on December 29, the person responsible for direct benchmarking of the Paris Olympic gold medal will be officially elected. China Table Tennis Association will be announced in accordance with the procedures and reported to the General Administration of Sports for filing.

The above list basically covers all the outstanding coaches of China's national table tennis. The re-election and reshuffling is to allow China to have a new leadership team during the Paris Olympics cycle. The Chinese men's team in the Tokyo cycle is led by Qin Zhijian , the women's team is led by Li Xun, and the mixed doubles team leader is Ma Lin. Both the men's and women's teams achieved both team and individual gold and silver medals. Only the mixed doubles match was unfortunately lost.
In this competition list, Qin Zhijian was not among the 31 people competing for the position. Qin Zhijian has been leading the men's team. Did he withdraw from the competition and be directly promoted to the leader? In addition, Li Xun is too old. Will a younger coach replace him in charge of the women's team? Another question is whether this competition will have an impact on the full-time coaches of table tennis players. The current main players Ma Long , Wang Chuqin , Wang Manyu are all players without a manager. There are still 2 years to go before the Paris Olympics. Several of them are indispensable main players. Keeping them free for a long time will definitely not be conducive to the main players maintaining a first-class competitive state.
