1. The timing of making a nest
Maybe most fishermen will use bridge rafts to fish crucian carp in autumn and winter, because crucian carp is the most plump time of the year, and crucian carp are affected by the low temperature environment, and they are often more willing to stay in relatively deep places in the river. When we use bridge rafts to fish, we can often catch more and bigger.
After determining the target fish and fishing spot, the timing of making a nest is particularly important. Usually, we can choose to use wine rice to make a nest 1 to 2 hours in advance to gather fish. If we encounter a river gate opening or when the temperature rises in a large range, we can also advance the time for making a nest, and even go to make an overnight nest the night before. The purpose of this is to give fish more sufficient entry into the nest. When a large number of target fish gather in the den, we can naturally catch more after we get off the rod.
2. Methods of making nests
Perhaps many people directly throw the nest materials into the nests when fishing and making nests, especially when using nest materials that can be kneaded into balls. Some people are even lazy. Even for some loose nest materials, they will come up with a method to wrap them with toilet paper or soil. So when we fish and make nests on the bridge raft, what should we pay attention to?
During the bridge raft, the fishing position is just below the bridge. Usually, the nest material can be thrown directly from the bridge to the den, but here we need to pay attention to three situations. When the water flow is relatively fast, the wind is strong, and the bridge is relatively high, the editor also recommends that you use a nest rig to make a nest to prevent the nest material from falling into our den.

If you want to catch other fish species such as carp, grass carp, you can mix them with fermented corn, wheat and other nest materials with relatively large particles.
