April 2021 At 7:30 in the morning on the 18th, the first Huai'an Marathon hosted by Zhong'ao Road Race started with a shot.
The races operated by Zhongao Road Race, such as North Horse, Guang Horse, Han Horse, and South Horse, are all resounding in the industry. Moreover, this year Huaima is one of the "Running China" series, which was broadcast live on CCTV5. It was predicted before the race that Huaima's runner experience would not be bad, so I came to this point.
"Three thousand miles of the canal, Huai'an is the most beautiful".
Huai'an is a famous historical and cultural city integrating north and south of China. The Millennium Grand Canal passes through the city. Huaiyang cuisine is fragrant all over the world. I have been to Huai for many business trips, and I am deeply impressed by the natural landscape, urban construction, customs and customs of Huai'an. It was a great pleasure to run a marathon here!
This is the 14th offline all-Malaysian event that an individual has participated in. This time the role is not a free runner, but a "rabbit."
Considering that I just ran Xu Ma last week and no longer pursued results this week, I applied for 400 official pacemakers (commonly known as "Rabbit" or "Official Rabbit"), and successfully achieved his first rabbit show. Thanks to colleagues from Huai'an Help [作揖]
The official pacemaker’s duty is to wear the sponsor’s equipment and lead the mass runners who follow you to the goal score (4 hours) at a precise and uniform pace, and pay attention to your side during the period. Runners, interact with them and remind them of the things that should be paid attention to. In short, the official rabbit cannot run as he wants, but should shoulder the responsibility of the constant speed navigator.
Although this is my "virgin" rabbit, I firmly believe that I can control the speed of 400, and there is a group of excellent rabbit team beside me, and I am full of confidence in completing the first rabbit task.
The official rabbit has one more chance to pick up than ordinary runners-to receive special equipment: vest, lined three-point shorts, running shoes.
The organizing committee did not provide uniform board and lodging for the official rabbits. They booked the hotel by themselves, and only requested that they be in place before 6:10 in the morning of the game day.
Learned from Xu Ma's competition lessons, no longer wandering around the day before the competition, reducing activities and accumulating energy. Fall asleep before 11 o'clock at night,Although there was noise from time to time in the next room, I was able to sleep peacefully. But before 3 o'clock, I was awakened by the loud voice of the staff downstairs. There was a KTV on the first floor, but the sound would not reach the guest room. Visitors often cried and cried after a hangover, disturbing people's dreams. After waking up, I couldn't sleep anymore, so I lay down until 4:30 before getting up and getting ready. Although I only slept for 4 hours, the quality of sleep was acceptable and sufficient.

In the starting zone, the official rabbits are arranged in the first row at all times, just behind the specially invited players under the arch. After the starting gun is fired, they have passed the timing blanket within a short time. After the start, we slowed down as required, and then resumed the normal pace after the runners in Zone B catch up. The net time is 4 hours to arrive.
The colorful balloons above the official rabbit’s head not only represent joy and celebration, but also the Dinghai Shenzhen needle in the hearts of the runners behind. Think about me before running on the track. When I saw the balloons with my own results, I looked forward to and excited. , Pride surged, and the tired body was immediately given a booster, which was inspired. At this point, you have two choices: to follow (rabbit), which means to properly complete the goal; to surpass, to give yourself an unexpected surprise.
Today’s Huai’an is sunny, with a large temperature difference between morning and evening. Although it is less than 10 degrees at the start, the temperature rises after 9 o’clock, plus the full exposure to the sun. There is no way to hide. The body temperature may be above 20 degrees. Both constitute a severe test.
In this event, there are 7 people in the 400 official rabbit team. The theoretical pace for the 4-hour score is 541, but considering the need to run 200-300 meters, we decided to advance at a constant speed at 538-540 pace. During the journey, everyone united and cooperated and reminded each other. Despite the high temperature, the team always maintained a very stable pace. Everyone took turns interacting with the surrounding runners and spectators, encouraging the tired and lax runners to work hard to break through themselves.
The 2021 Huai’an Marathon’s track is designed with the idea of “running the canal to experience the ecological poetry, traveling through the past and present to celebrate the centenary of the founding of the party”. The starting point is at Xiangyu Road (Huai’an Municipal Affairs Service Center) and the ending point is at Huai’an Sports Center (the end of the mini marathon is located at the Huai'an Grand Theater). The track connects the Bochi Mountain Park, Forest Park, Hexia Ancient Town, Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall, Governor's Office of Water Transport, Xiaohu Park, CCTV Mid-Autumn Festival Gala, Olympic Sports Center and other landmarks in Huai'an along Xiangyu Avenue.The whole track is wide and flat, the surrounding scenery is beautiful, and the historical and cultural attractions are dotted. The modern city and the ancient city of Huai'an reflect each other. The three thousand-mile canal is beautiful in spring, making Huai'an a historical and cultural city, the city of canals for a thousand years, and Huaiyang cuisine. The "business cards" of cities such as townships, regional transportation hubs, and Taiwan-funded highlands are shining brightly.
In most sections of the road, there are three and three floors, crowded with onlookers, and they spare no effort to cheer for the players, and the atmosphere is extremely warm.
After traveling to 30 kilometers, one rabbit withdrew from the lead due to injury, and the remaining 6 rabbits continued to move forward steadily.
When the finish arch appeared in front of you, six 400 rabbits rushed across the timing blanket hand in hand. The overhead timer was set at 3:59:56, and my first rabbit drama came to a successful conclusion!
As a member of the Balloon Corps, although he can't gallop as much as he can this time, he "cruises" at a constant speed on the marathon track and leads other runners to steadily break through 4. The sense of satisfaction and accomplishment is no less than a personal PB.
Although competing back-to-back, this horse racing experience is the easiest run since I participated in the marathon. I can control the 540 pace freely, my heart rate is in the high-intensity aerobic zone, and I feel comfortable.
