2022 to 2023 ISU Short Track Speed Skating World Cup has 6 stops, with the first match between Montreal, Canada, and the five stops are the United States Salt Lake City Station, Kazakhstan Almaty Station (two consecutive stops), Dresden Station in Germany and Dodrecht Station in the Netherlands. The "Crystal Ball Award" will be awarded at the end of this season at the Dordrecht Station in the Netherlands.
"Crystal Ball Award" previously awarded the International Snow League for the men's and women's points championship in the single-season World Cup. For example, Gu Ailing , as the 2021-2022 International Snow League U-shaped Field World Cup champion, won the "Crystal Ball Award" of the season, and Xu Mengtao, as the 2021-2022 International Snow League Aerial Skills World Cup champion, also won the "Crystal Ball Award" of the season.
