On September 28, Beijing time, Taekwondo world champion Wei Mengyue recently posted a photo of her parents wearing a wedding dress before getting married through social media, and left a message saying: "The older I get, the more I rely on my parents. How can I not be enough with my family members!"
From the photo, we can see that Wei Mengyue was wearing a shoulder-shoulder wedding dress and sat on the wedding bed and took the last family photo with her parents before getting married. The loving picture made netizens leave messages and like: "My parents will definitely be very irritable," "Miss Mengyue is too beautiful," "Auntie is really beautiful, she looks so young, I believe it if she is a sister," "In the future, we should go back to her parents' home with Lao Zhu. No matter where she goes, parents always care about their children."
Wei Mengyue, 24 years old, is 1.63 meters tall, and is a former member of the Chinese Taekwondo national team. She has won three World Championship gold medals, in 2014, 2016 and 2017. Because Taekwondo is not an official competition event for the Olympics, Chinese sports fans don’t know much about it. Taekwondo style is a practice system that trains defense and attack in a routine based on basic movements. The quality is a technique that assumes real fighting and counterattack when the opponent attacks. It is worth mentioning that the champion of Taekwondo World Championships is a world championship title recognized by the General Administration of Sports.
Wei Mengyue's husband Zhu Yuxiang was also a professional Taekwondo athlete. He broke the Korean captain's monopoly for eight years at the 2011 World College Games and won the gold medal in the men's individual event for the Chinese team. Since then, he won the mixed doubles championship at the 2017 World Beach Taekwondo Championship and won the first world championship title. In the 2019 World Cup Taekwondo Championship, Zhu Yuxiang once again won the mixed doubles championship.
