According to the general term "universe", "universe" represents time, and "universe" represents space. The universe is the superposition of time and space. The time is easy to understand, for example: "A picked apple and put it in the air at room temperature will break in about 30 days" "It takes 3 hours to ride a bicycle somewhere" and so on. There is a problem here. When we describe time, we must always relate to the objective existence of "apples" and "bicycles" in order to understand time. Can we put aside material and understand and define "time" alone? I thought about it for a long time and didn't figure it out. In the same way, space is easy to understand. For example: "The distance between the earth and the moon can be called space." "The area of your house can also be called space." Who can put aside "the earth, the moon, I haven't come up with a separate definition of "space" for these substances such as "house". I finally understand a little bit why Newton's claim that "time and space can exist independently from the movement of matter" was severely criticized by Einstein.
What is "substance"? Modern science has never stopped exploring matter. Mankind's exploration of matter has gone through the stages from molecules to atoms, then to protons, neutrons and electrons, until the present quark stage. When physicists used protons to hit electrons for the first time, they observed that the electrons were bounced back by the three small hard cores inside the protons. These nuclei were later called quarks, which are smaller particles that make up protons. Quark is the smallest particle that humans have encountered in scientific research. The discovery of quarks means that protons and neutrons are no longer the most basic constituent particles. For quarks, humanity is currently making no progress. They cannot be separated further. Even if separated, it will not last long. When it comes to its microscopic realm, humans' concept of "size" is often wrong. The word "particle" is often reminiscent of the pictures of small steel balls or billiard balls everywhere in physics textbooks. However, in such a small dimension, their structure and activities are not like our daily experience at all. In the field of quantum mechanics , the definition of shape is not simple. Their physical properties cannot be accurately measured, and their existence in a specific area can only be defined by probability.Despite this, the scientists managed to conduct some shrewd research to estimate the size of the quark. The latest approximation that humans can find is 10^-18 cm, which is the same order of magnitude as electrons. At this point, we must realize that the Standard Model, the gemstone in particle physics, does not use the size or mass of subatomic particles to describe them, but uses their energy to describe them. Protons or neutrons have no fixed shape or volume—its volume is determined by the size of the space in which its components are confined. Quarks, electrons or any other subatomic particles are just gathered energy. They have no specific order, and elementary particles , such as quarks and electrons, are considered to be point-like. They have no dimensionality and are considered a dimensional point in space. It seems that after the familiar matter is decomposed infinitely, the tangible material entity gradually disappears, and it is replaced by the appearance of energy. Due to the unbalanced distribution of energy in the microscopic field, there is a distinction between more and less, and then "positive energy" and "negative energy" appear, so there are positively charged electron nuclei (protons and neutrons) and negatively charged This process is consistent with the traditional Chinese Taoist description of "Tai Chi Sheng Liang Yi". It was originally a chaotic mass of energy. Due to the imbalance in the process of rotation, Tai Chi was formed, which gave birth to Yang. (Positive) and Yin (negative). Yang represents energy filling and accumulation, and Yin represents energy deficiency and divergence. At the same time, the energy of the positive electrode and the negative electrode continue to attract and repel each other to form a movement. When this movement reaches a certain balance and stability, the smallest matter is born, perhaps a matter smaller than a quark. But no matter what it is, it is ultimately a process from the intangible "energy" to the tangible "matter". This fits perfectly with the Taoist thinking of "being out of nothing". From here, we can see that the Taoist "nothingness" "Does not mean "no", but "intangible energy" relative to "tangible matter." This statement by the way explains the basic principles of traditional Chinese " qi Gong" and "Tai Chi". In fact, it is a process of accumulating energy (shen and qi) through the effective combination of body and mind, and then transforming it into the subtle matter (essence) of the body. Most people who don’t understand,However, Qigong and Tai Chi are equated with physical exercise. The process of energy imbalance to balance gave birth to matter, which is also in line with Einstein’s mass-energy equation ( E=mc², E represents energy, m represents mass, and c represents the speed of light ), The c here, I understand, represents movement, that is, the moment of energy rotation. If someone asks, what you basically mean is that tangible matter comes from intangible energy, then where is the source of "energy"? (If you are interested, you can continue to look down)
Some people say that Buddhism's thinking is more profound than Taoism. Maybe we can see some eyebrows from here. Taoist "nothing" is not "true nothingness", but "energy" that is invisible and intangible. But the "emptiness" of Buddhism is "vacuum", without any matter or energy. We just explained the process of transforming energy into matter, but in fact, it has completely exhausted Taoist thoughts on the origin of matter. At the stage of explaining the source of "energy", Taoist thoughts of "being out of nothing" and "Tai Chi begetting two instruments" of yin and yang have become hard to touch the truth. At this time, the "non-duality" advocated by the Buddhism has become the most consistent theory and thought. "No-duality" means "only". So what is the source of this "only" "energy"? It is " Alaya Consciousness". Alaya Consciousness is the Indian language. The meaning of Chinese means "I". Modern science defines it as " brainwave" and "human magnetic field". , But not accurate, it is actually a kind of energy. People have eight consciousness : eye consciousness, ear consciousness, nose consciousness, tongue consciousness, body consciousness, consciousness, mana consciousness, alaya consciousness. When the first seven consciousnesses are all dead and destroyed, only the "I" (energy) of the eighth Alaya consciousness is the true nature of human beings. It can flow through the five interests and six ways, reincarnation, heaven and earth. It is eternal and will not be destroyed. . In the view of Weishijia, Alaya is like the sea full of energy. Rivers and streams flow to the sea, and the sea will not be rejected or rejected; even if the dirty garbage is thrown into the sea,It will not pollute the cleanliness of the sea. It is equivalent to the karma created by human beings in the world. Although the main body of life, Alaya Consciousness, wants to receive karma, karma is endless, and the existence of life is eternal. Therefore, human beings have life and death, which is a phenomenon of karma; but in truth, the Alaya consciousness of the subject of life has never been born or died. It will always be with time and space and coexist with nature.
But in this process, there is an imbalance, just like the sea will be waved at any time. " dependent void " is a process of continuous energy transformation, from equilibrium to imbalance and then to equilibrium. If one day, all beings will have no delusional thoughts and fantasies, all the "energy" will be in the state of "entering concentration" in the Buddhist school, there will be no rotation, without matter, there will be no universe, no time and space, Perhaps all of them have entered the realm of what the Buddhism calls "Zhenru". (Continue to look down before the end)
If someone continues to ask, what is the source of the "Alaya Consciousness" of human beings? I can't continue to analyze it. I can only follow the consistent saying of the Buddhist school: it has existed since no beginning, and it cannot be said when it started. Within a limited range of experience, we can know when we came to this world, when we started to go to school, and when we started to learn Buddhism. As for the beginning of Alaya Consciousness and the world, it is beyond the scope of existing understanding, so there is no need to ask the bottom line. (End)
