After more than a year of inspection and detection by Zhurong number , scientists found plate-shaped rocks rich in water minerals in the images they obtained.

Through the spectral data, we see that its components are rich in salts containing some aqueous minerals, such as sulfate , which plays a cementation role between soil particles.
These rocks are closely related to water activities. Scientists speculate that water activities occur roughly in the late Amazonian period of Mars .
