The arrangements for people arriving from the Mainland or Macau will also be straightened out simultaneously. Latest arrangements for people coming to Hong Kong from overseas or Taiwan
Boarding requirements and entry quarantine arrangements for people coming to Hong Kong from overseas or Taiwan are adjusted from September 26 as follows:

(I) Boarding requirements
As a result of the continuous reduction of COVID-19 testing services in overseas regions, it may be difficult for people coming to Hong Kong to obtain the required test results report before boarding the plane. Regarding vaccination requirements

People coming to Hong Kong still must complete the health and quarantine information declaration form of the Department of Health on the Internet in advance before coming to Hong Kong (www.chp.gov.hk/hdf), including the declaration of vaccination records and the rapid antigen test results before boarding. People arriving from overseas regions or Taiwan must undergo multiple tests after arriving in Hong Kong:
- Day 0: Nucleic acid test at the airport

Arrangements for people arriving in Hong Kong in Mainland or Macau
Synopsis for people arriving in Hong Kong from Mainland or Macau and who have no overseas travel records within seven days before arriving in Hong Kong. To this end, the "Return to Hong Kong Easy" and "Return to Hong Kong Easy" plans will be expanded to be applicable to all regions in the Mainland and Macau. There is no limit, no prior application is required, and nucleic acid testing is required before arrival in Hong Kong. In other words, mainland and Macau people do not need to undergo home quarantine after arriving in Hong Kong, but they still need to undergo nucleic acid test the next day after arriving in Hong Kong and conduct self-monitoring within three days of arriving in Hong Kong. Relevant persons who have arrived in Hong Kong and are undergoing home quarantine will not need to continue home quarantine starting from September 26, and the electronic bracelet can be removed.
In addition, people who travel from Hong Kong to the Mainland or Macau still need to conduct additional free rapid nucleic acid tests at land entry and exit control stations or airports before leaving Hong Kong.
