Ten years ago, a domestic company wanted to hand over the chip used for the induction card in a certain event to the company she was responsible for for the enclosed testing, but the RF test equipment needed did not have the entire Changdian Technology . The difficulties did not scare Lu Huifen away. Without equipment, she decided to build it herself. She borrowed an RF RF coaxial cable tester from the supplier, developed it on this basis, and finally built a packaging and testing equipment, which cost only a few hundred thousand yuan. Such equipment costs 700,000 to 800,000 US dollars if purchased from abroad.
In 2015, Lu Huifen began to serve as the general manager of Changdian Technology (Suqian) Co., Ltd. Before she came, the company had been in a loss state for four consecutive years. After Lu Huifen took office, he quickly improved the management mechanism, adjusted the product structure, continuously introduced high-tech projects, expanded overseas markets, strengthened corporate culture construction, cared for employees, and enhanced corporate cohesion.
