According to relevant data, the rocks here are Early Proterozoic metamorphic rocks formed 2 billion years ago. About 50,000 years ago, a meteorite hit here, forming a meteorite impact crater. Later, a gap was formed in the east of the lower-lying " Xiuyan Keng ", and the accumulated water flowed out and eroded the mountain. The Xiuyan crater has a diameter of 1.8 kilometers and a depth of about 150 meters. It is China's first extraterrestrial body impact structure recognized by the international scientific community.
