Preface

When talking about the "Huangdi Neijing", there were many things that were irrelevant to physiology , pathology . We are just like talking about the Analects of Confucius, " Mencius ", " University ", and " Mean ", and I will tell you some dialogues and key issues in particular.

The source of the introduction to the "Huangdi Neijing" is all in the book. We all have it in the preface, how it comes from, how it looks, the intermediate process, and what has been lost. What we are talking about here is that the content of DVD is to use the "Huangdi Neijing" and all things related to the human body, and we should try our best to explain them in detail as much as possible so that you can fully understand.

The first article of ancient naive

Let’s start today. We will talk about this in the first class. The first article of the first chapter is " The Ancient Naive ". First of all, it was said that it defined "people", how old should we live in.

Now, of course, our lifespan is not as long as the ancients. Because of the changes in the environment and various aspects, sometimes civilization is very convenient, but civilization is not necessarily very beneficial to people. For example, there is air conditioning everywhere we go. In the past, if you ran from Hsinchu to Taipei, you might have to ride a horse, run, and walk. Now, you can get there as soon as you sit in the car, and there is air conditioning and you don’t sweat.

and so on, maybe we humans don’t live as long as the ancients, this is the first one. The second thing is, because in the past, we didn’t live many people on the earth, unlike now, where there are so many people, billions of people on the earth.

When solving this dietary problem, some foods must be improved or done in order to produce mass production so that everyone can eat well. The coarse food in the past was relatively large and it had not been improved. However, if you follow the coarse food, it may be that humans don’t have enough food.

So there will be some improvements. We also have some pesticides, but after improvement, there will be no pesticides. Some even save pesticides. For example, corn, now corn and American corn cannot be eaten. Why? Because everyone doesn't like pesticides, he planted one of the genes of this spider on corn. After the pests and diseases came, the spider specifically ate locust . Is this kind of thing right? As soon as the locust comes and looks, we see it is corn. When it sees it is a spider, it will not eat it.

Then when you eat this into your stomach, is it corn or spider? That's one. The third thing, after the improvement, the volume will be smaller and the diameter will be thinner, but now it is nanometers, and the thinner the nanometers are thinner. The thinner it is when people eat it, it will become addictive, that is, you will want to eat it all day. When we used to eat sugar, the sugar was sucrose, and the volume of sucrose was very large. You wouldn't think of eating it all the time. But now it has been changed to artificial sugar. After refining sugar, it is very small. The more you eat, the more you eat, the more you eat, the more addictive you end up eating. Finally, it is addictive, like eating heroin and morphine. I must eat it because it is too small. Therefore, the lifespan of modern people cannot be compared with the lifespan of people in the past. This is the first one, which is diet.

The fourth one is, we are used to it, the habits in life, then life in the past was very simple, there was no electricity, then work from the sunrise and rest from the sunset, that was all rural, then there was no desire and ambition, and there were no famous brands, everyone went to pursue it, no.

That is a very simple life. Really, people's desires and greed will be minimized, so life is relatively simple, which makes people live longer. According to the definition of traditional Chinese medicine, it is defined as one hundred years old, and the ancient naive discussion was a hundred years old, so it is correct to be over one hundred years old. Now, the real life expectancy is actually decreasing, but the health center has released it. The government of this country has released it. We live a long life, long life, and always let the people know that the government is doing these things for you. In fact, people are constantly reducing their lifespan. You can see that many people die at a very young age. This death does not mean that they die in a car accident or death outside, but that they get sick and leave.

Then the current mortality rate must be not the right one, and it is no longer the correct mortality rate. In this article, the beginning of the ancient naive theory, it means Huangdi . We call it Qihuang, which is called Qihuang in traditional Chinese medicine. It starts with Internal Classic HTML. The dialogue between Huangdi and Qibo is called Qihuang’s Art.

Then Huangdi asked Qi Bo why the ancients did not decline even when they were hundreds of years old. Now they become weak after fifty years old.

Section 1 Analysis of Tao

The first section talks about how we know ‘Tao’, Qi Bo said, how do we know this “Tao”, “the law is in yin and yang, and numerology ”. Why is it called Tao? This Tao is a very difficult thing to explain. We will slowly use some principles and principles to let you understand what Tao is. Later, there will be many things, some metaphysical things. Then we will try our best to explain so that you can understand.

If we say that a person’s form is clearly stated, it is Tao. As for traditional Chinese medicine, from beginning to end, if we simplify it, it is just the word yin and yang. If Yin and yang are more complicated, many things will come out. In the end, it will be Yin and yang. We start with Yin and yang, and then it will become more and more complicated, and then when we return to the end, it will still be Yin and yang.

Page 10 What about Yin and Yang? It is combined. We discuss the physical nature of Yin and Yang and the relationship between Yin and Yang. These are the so-called Tao. As for us, we have the easiest way to distinguish yin and yang. For example, if I stretch out my hand, you see my palm, skin and hand color, blood vessels, and a few fingers, all the shapes you can see belong to yin, and you can't see one, but it exists.

is how much power you don’t know. You know that there is power, maybe ten pounds, maybe five pounds, maybe twenty pounds, forty pounds, and this power is Yang. So when we look at the shape, we see the appearance, its spirit, its power, its sutras, the meridians inside us, the color of the skin, the palm lines, and all of them can see our spirit. The hands of the dead must be different from those of us strangers.

If you study traditional Chinese medicine, you can't tell the hand of a dead person and the hand of a living person. You don't need to learn this, because it's very basic. Of course, the sick hand needs to be learned, but when the dead hand looks at it, why? There is no spirit, only form.

The so-called lack of spirit means that you have no strength, you can’t see the blood vessels of muscles, the color, and the anger of strangers. This is the simplest explanation. As we slowly go deeper, we will explain it in more detail.

So let’s look at the second page, this is, we have both form and spirit, and we can enjoy the whole life of our lives. Therefore, we are not only long-lived, we must pay attention to our form, but also to God. This God is not only about our ideals, but our spirit. All spirits mean that if there is no desire and can remain happy in normal times, the long-lived people in the world are happy people, and those with short lives are unhappy people.

So there are a lot, how about you see a lot of "comedians (comedy stars)"? Comers all live longer, and those who play the tragedy have a shorter life and a shorter life. Therefore, people should keep their mood cheerful and don’t have to fight for many things.

Then, look at the lower paragraph of the second page, below the first paragraph, modern people drink a lot of alcohol, this is some delusions, some greed, and this is accustomed to doing these things. Then, when you get drunk and go to the room, and then, this kind of action will dissipate our human true energy. Therefore, the concept of traditional Chinese medicine believes that people should be full, that is, keep it full forever, rather than thinking of ways to consume it, this is the key to longevity.

This is what the ancient naive theory talks about. If you don’t know the third line, you don’t know how to keep it full, you only know how to consume, and you don’t know how to control the gods. Control the gods is how to adjust your mood and make your mood very stable and comfortable. This is, “Be careful to be happy, and be happy in life, and have no constancy in life”, so people will “decline in their 50s”.

So people who can start to age easily after they are over fifty years old are just not aware of moderation. This is the view of traditional Chinese medicine.

Section 2 Difficult Sutra Chapter 10 Difficult - Five Evil

to the fourth paragraph, and in the fourth line, "The teachings of ancient sages are all called "the wind of the witch of evil evil." Here, I will mention one and explain something to everyone.

In the "Difficult Sutra", the tenth difficulty is to divide the evil and the evil into the five evils. For example, it is better to focus on the heart, and it is better to focus on the heart. As for the heart, we have introduced our acupuncture to you. The theory of the five elements is , wood produces fire and , fire produces earth, earth produces metal, and metal produces water.

Fire refers to the heart; wood refers to the liver; earth refers to the spleen; metal refers to the lungs; water refers to the kidneys. Then, we focus on the heart, and so on.

When your heart is sick, it is sick. We call it "good and evil", which means there is a problem with the heart, which means that the heart itself is sick, which is called "good and evil". If the liver is affected, if there is a problem with the liver and a heart problem occurs, then we will set a noun, which we call "deficiency evil".

So, this liver is wood, and wood can produce fire, so when the liver gets sick, it will harm the heart, which is deficiency. If there is a problem with the spleen, the problem is the spleen, which in turn affects the heart, we define it as "real evil".

The heart itself, fire overcomes metal, our five elements are mutually generated and restrained, everyone has a concept, wood produces fire, fire produces earth, earth can produce metal, metal produces water, water produces wood , this is The five elements are mutually generated , mutual restraint, wood overcomes earth , fire overcomes metal, this earth overcomes water, earth overcomes water, water overcomes fire, and then metal overcomes wood. I will introduce the situation where we are incompatible and mutually resilient and mutually beneficial. What we are talking about now is now mentioned. If it is originally fire that overcomes metal, this is normal. If fire that controls metal, the two sides will be peaceful. Now there is a problem with the lungs, such as having pneumonia, or emphysema , or any disease, and when there is a problem with the lungs, the lung problems affect the heart because of the lung problems. This force originally passed by the heart, but now it is reversed. As for this, we become a micro-evil, a little bit, a little bit.

Because your lungs have problems, it affects the heart, which is very mild. If it is water, when the kidneys have problems, when the kidneys have problems and affect the heart, the power will be great. Originally, the kidneys are to control the fire, don’t let the fire be too big, the fire in the heart is too big, and it is easy to have problems. Now there is a problem with the kidneys, which affects the heart. We call this "thief" and "thief" and this is a minor evil.

So this is how the five evils come from. But we know that when there is a problem with the spleen, it will affect the heart. We call this real evil, so when there is a real evil in the heart, we do it. This is how we treat the treatment rules in acupuncture, "in fact, it will purify the child." When we talk about acupuncture, I can't talk so much, because we have to talk about the "Huangdi Neijing" again and do this according to the principles.

That page 11 When the liver comes, it is weak and evil. When the heart and liver are sick, it affects the heart. At this time, the heart is weak and we call it weak and evil. So when treating deficiency, we need to "replenish the mother". This is the principle of acupuncture.

, everyone knows these two. Regarding deficiency and excess, in terms of treatment, in addition to "the solid will relieve the son, and if the deficiency is weak, it will replenish the mother", there is also "the son can make the mother solid, and the mother can make the son weak." What's the meaning? For example, liver disease, some people have liver disease. If something grows in our liver, or is sclerosis, or what happens, something grows, it is a solid disease. We should try to make the solid become weak, right? Reality becomes virtual, so how can it turn its reality into virtual?

"The mother can make the child weak", nourish the kidneys, so it will cause the child to become weak, right? When I nourish the kidneys, because the liver itself, the liver itself, is already sick, and in a state where the disease is very serious, nothing is stronger than it.

At this time, when you replenish water, its wood will be thrown out. The liver is the main wood, and all wood must be thrown out, because when you replenish water, the water will overcome the fire, and the heart fire will go down. When the heart fire goes down, the water will flourish and the amount of water will increase, the heart fire will drop, and the human body will save itself. At this time, the liver will throw a lot of wood, which will increase the fire a little bit, and few people know this section.

So you have nothing to do to nourish the kidneys and have no problem in liver. In the past, why should the liver be treated first? Wood can overcome soil and strengthen soil first, it is also correct. But when the principle goes to the future, we will say, "The son can make the mother solid, and the mother can make the son weak." This is the treatment rule. When we slowly lead you deeper, you will see that we treat the symptoms.

When you are in the "Huangdi Neijing", you all the Shennong hundred herbs, the typhoid golden calamity, and all the things come from the "Huangdi Neijing", so you must be very clear about the concept of the Neijing. At this time, when the prescription is gone, it will arrive, and you will not be wrong.

We have relatively few medicines in "Shennong Materia Medica". If I talk about "Compendium of Materia Medica", I can't finish it in three days. There are so many, it's unnecessary. I'll use human stool to make it, so I won't take it. I don't need it, and I won't eat it even if I die, right? We delete the medicine that is not needed. This is how traditional Chinese medicine is. It is best to spend thousands of years on things, and it is best to talk about the essence of things.

The original thing was originally very simple, but later because of the evolution of dynasties, it became more and more complicated and complicated. Therefore, it was difficult to learn Chinese medicine. There were too many famous scholars in China. After working on it for a long time, I was a school of nourishing the heat and nourishing the Yin school. As a result, everyone was confused. So when it comes to learning Chinese medicine, my personal opinion is to start with two ways. One is that we go from shallow to deep. We can go from this very simple "Bihua Medical Mirror", it doesn't matter. That very simple book, slowly, then to the center of Chinese medicine, and then enter "Treatise on the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic", and Shennong Bencao Jing", and enter in this way.

Then this is not easy to learn, why? Because you will spend a lot of time reading unnecessary, this is a way to get started. The second way to start is the way I will take you to start now. It is from deep to shallow. I have finished all the classic works of traditional Chinese medicine. At this time, you have a central idea and the whole concept in your mind. At this time, when you go to read the book, you will not be confused by the book.

Some of the books were written in a large book, and some people wrote very thick books, which means they are very knowledgeable. In this way, they can pass on the world. They think they will pass on the world. In fact, when they open it, there is only one prescription that is useful. But it might be good if you buy that book just for that prescription, right? But what about people who don’t understand? I was confused by books, confused by books, and I couldn’t find that medicine, and I had to worry about it, and I wouldn’t find a prescription to replace it.

So if you can really grasp the center of gravity, I will take you now. We will finish the five sets of things. After you grasp this center of gravity, you will simplify traditional Chinese medicine.

So, after you finish your "Huangdi Neijing" and talk about "Shennong Bencai Jing", you will open the book of the Jinkui of Typhoid fever. When you see, I prescribed this prescription. This will naturally be natural, and it should be like this.

So I will take you all, follow the idea of Zhang Zhongjing . When you read "The Golden Chamber of Typhoids", you look back and see what Zhang Zhongjing thought of. Zhang Zhongjing was reading "The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic" and "Shennong Bencao Jing" and wrote this thing.

After you all, after the "Shennong Bencao Sutra" was finished, the Golden Chamber of Typhoid fever became very simple. If you open it and still don't understand it, I will explain it to you. I will briefly introduce it first, because when it comes to the evil evil, this thief evil, we actually have five evils.

The fifth element of this article is, "Transip and nothingness, follow the true energy, keep the spirit inward, and be safe in the disease." The main principle is that when we are very windy, don't be crazy, I have to stand outside and stand at that wind, right? No one is stupid, standing outside and blowing on the air outlet, so we don’t agree with blowing directly at our body. How about I turn on the electric fan in summer? Blow against the wall and let it return to the air, and do not blow directly against it.

The mood should be comfortable, you should be in a happy mood, and don’t be affected by the outside world. You see, I am very happy every day, and it doesn’t matter what others say. I am happy.

That "the ambition is idle but less desire," the desire is less. "A person cannot be afraid, but fearful." Let me give you an example here. I will give you an example for the time being. Later, we will introduce it in more detail. For example, we talk about fear, fear, anger, tantrums, and people with a violent temper, often lose their temper will be angry and hurt their livers.

On the other hand, if you drink a lot of alcohol, it will hurt the liver, and the liver will hurt it. After the liver is injured, it will be easier and more likely to get angry. The more angry you are, the more you will hurt the liver. The more you hurt the liver, the more you drink, the more you drink, the more you get, the more you get angry. Then you have to let our Chinese medicine make money. What should you do? It’s not okay to not make money from you. You must get sick, right? So, this anger can hurt the liver.

Page 12 What about joy? All our emotions, joy, anger, sorrow, thoughts, sorrow, fear, and shock, can be found, but we cannot go too far. Now read the picture for you to see. I often say that when reading the Internal Classic, you need to read pictures, what do you think of reading pictures? So, you can never say that you study the "Huangdi Neijing" and study traditional Chinese medicine. You can only read the books of traditional Chinese medicine, don't be so rigid. You can read the "Twenty-Four Historians", "Records of the Grand Historian", "The Strategies of the Warring States", "Spring and Autumn Annals", and "Zuo Zhuan". You will see that you want to sleep after reading it, which is your sleeping pill. Then you will treat it as your sleeping pill in the future. You must never take sleeping pills, like this.

Then you have to dabble in a lot of things. In this way, your thinking will be very flexible and lively, but reading ancient books is a dead book.

For example, we know how to be afraid, why not be afraid? Because when your fear is very serious, it will hurt the kidneys. As for the kidneys, later, we will introduce the five internal organs in . The introduction of "Huangdi Neijing" is very detailed. Let's talk to you briefly here, and I will read the picture for you to see.

If someone runs out and is very scared, then you are just someone trying to threaten you, kill you, you are running, and that happens temporarily, which is normal, this is very normal. If you are always afraid every day, you are not a good person and committing crimes, right? Also, look at it carefully. Read the picture to show you. Among our earth, among the five elements, only earth can surpass water and water. So earth can control water, control it, right? Is it because of thinking? So missing you can overcome fear.

If someone here, his wife has passed away, he has been afraid that this person is not a good person, why? You are heartbroken, what are you afraid of? Next is me, right? If you are in love, if you miss your wife and feel grateful for his lifelong contribution to you, you will not be afraid. If you have anything to fear, this is reading pictures, and so on.

So here, there are three in this ancient naive theory, "I am idle but have fewer desires," don't go at any time, there are many desires. "The mind is peaceful and not afraid, and the body is tired but not tired." The so-called "body is tired but not tired." We have to do things, work, and work, for example, when we move things, this kind of labor, and practice kung fu, and this kind of exercise, then these three principles are all the reasons for longevity and the reasons for longevity.

The short-lived one is all day long. I want to do whatever I want, and I want to do what I want to do, and I want to do what I want to do, and I want to do what I want to do, and I want to do what I want to do. Fear, fear, and then refuse to do labor. So, you see, you see, so it is said, "Therefore, please beautify your food, let your worship, enjoy the customs, and do not admire each other." People have high and low esteem, and do not like to envy each other. If you are happy, everyone is the same, everyone is the same.

, then you can be a doctor. We see that there are doctors with all their skills. You see, a person who is really poor, you will want to help him. It is natural. I believe that both Chinese and Western medicine are the same. Not only Chinese medicine, but Western medicine will do this, because you understand, it is to help others. This is a very natural shape.

So don’t envy others, so try to be frugal. Then what I will talk about later is some of these translated things, such as "The Analects of Confucius" and "Mencius", and we will not explain them. If people can do without desires and fears, work more and exercise more, it is normal for them to be over a hundred years old and keep their movements unpredictable.

Section 3 Walking and Health

The whole book "Huangdi Neijing" does not approve of running from beginning to end. It is the best exercise for walking, so I often tell patients, I say, "What about you guys, don't do other exercises, it's best to walk, because when we are in the clinic, it's impossible to say, "One group of people, right?" I teach each of me a set of "Yi Jin Jing". How can I have that kind of time, right? Just ask him to walk, just walk slowly, walk slowly.

So I often say that he doesn’t understand the "Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic" when you talk to him. It doesn’t necessarily mean that they are all Americans, and Chinese people don’t necessarily understand it. Just tell him, this, we humans have two feet. God designed your two feet to walk for you. If you give you four feet, you will let you run, right?

So look, cats and dogs, tigers run very fast, people don’t run, just walk, of course, someone chases you, kills you, of course you have to run, right? So stupid, that's temporary.

So many athletes, long-distance running, have joint problems later, many of them get sick, and the athletes have physical problems. That's it, it's too much.

Section 4 Characterization of the critical period of female growth

Page 3, this first paragraph is the definition below. What is the definition below? Huangdi asked, "I'm old and have no children," just in the middle. What is the limit of ordinary people and our human body? So the "Huangdi Neijing" is a very delicate thing. No, Western medicine says, looking at our bodies, we have told me a lot. Traditional Chinese medicine only has a little bit of the "Huangdi Neijing". In fact, the definition is very good.

The one who gave birth to a child, what is the limit of the age of giving birth to a child? This paragraph will be discussed. Qi Bo said that at the age of seven, a woman is seven, and a man is eight, so we define it based on the seven and eight numbers. Two seven, day Gui is here. When we were seven years old, we were seven years old, and kidney qi began. In the concept of traditional Chinese medicine, the kidneys control bones, and the bones of the whole body are in the tube.

tooth is the best for bones, the wonderful Chinese text, you see tooth as bones, this word has no other word to replace, the extra bones are tooth, right? Page 13 Right? So the kidneys are in the tube. By the age of seven, women's teeth need to start changing. This is the original definition, and the teeth are longer. .
