Today is the 329th day of writing and clocking in!
Today I want to talk to you about the topic of "marriage far away". I am going to go back to my mother's house in a few days, but now I am worried about buying gifts. I don't understand. I am obviously going back to my own home, why should I try to please my family like an outsider? It’s good that I’m a married girl, but I’m still my parents’ daughter. Does it mean that getting married changes these facts?
One of my uncle's two cousins married to Hunan, and the other married to Kaifeng. They go back very rarely, especially in the past two years. This time, because there is a happy event at home, we all have to go back, but we will not celebrate the New Year at home. The rule of our older generation is that a married girl cannot celebrate the New Year at her parents' house! What are these rules? Maybe these opinions of the older generation will be gradually weakened among our post-90s generation. Some rules should be adhered to, while others should be discarded!
I would like to ask a question to girls like me who are marrying far away: Have we who insisted on marrying far away at that time lived the life we wanted?
Today is the 329th day of writing and clocking in. Friends who are practicing calligraphy together, keep up the good work ~ don’t fall behind ~
