Recently, the number of "little foreigners" has increased significantly. In the past, if I heard that my relatives, friends, or colleagues at work were "yang", I would be frightened to death, and they would be disinfected repeatedly on the inside and outside of my home. Some reactions were even stronger. I heard that anyone who had anything to do with "little foreigners" would stay away from them.
At the beginning, when the epidemic first broke out, and no one knew about it, it was understandable to feel a little scared and nervous. Three years have passed since the epidemic. Especially now, due to the repeated and dramatic changes of the virus , the number of infected people continues to expand. People's fear of the current "little foreigners" has significantly decreased. They are no longer as "talking about it" as they were in the past. Many relatives, friends, neighbors in the community, and colleagues in the workplace have been infected.
To be honest, whoever is willing to be infected should not strengthen protection. Some people do not go out at all and are "shot" while lying down. No matter what the situation, "little foreigners" or the people around them should be respected, understood and tolerated. This is the most basic thing. After these people are infected, they are tortured by the disease themselves, and some are so severe that they seem to have passed through the "gate of hell". Even if they are not particularly severe, they have fever and cough for a few days, drink a lot of water, take medicine, and have a bad rest, which will greatly affect their mental and emotional well-being. Therefore, we can better understand and care for them. This is human nature. For example, some units carry out activities to send warmth and care to "little foreigners", which is very humane.
Some people react very sensitively, especially when they work in an office and learn that a colleague is infected and has recovered enough to be negative and can go to work. After arriving at the unit, they feel as if they see an enemy coming. They keep hiding and even take a vacation. They are always worried that it is not safe to be with someone who has suffered from " positive " and they look at their former colleagues with abnormal eyes. This made my colleagues very embarrassed when they arrived at the workplace. They were supposed to go to work normally, but ended up keeping a distance from me, which seemed very unfriendly.
Actually, what does this mean? No one usually suffers from headaches and fever. Even if the "little foreigner" is positive, there is nothing to make a fuss about. Some of them just have a cold and are cured by home isolation. If the nucleic acid test is negative for , everything is normal. If there is no problem, they should participate in normal activities.
Others are very concerned about close contact, taking public transportation, entering and exiting various places, etc. From a protection perspective, this is a good thing, but there is no need to be so nervous that "you dare not go out, you dare not go anywhere, you dare not see anyone", you are afraid of everyone, and you roll your eyes. This is really unnecessary. It is neither respect for others nor a proper attitude.
The phenomenon of discrimination against "little foreigners" is terrible. To a certain extent, it is more terrible than "having a Yang". This is a moral issue, a literacy issue, and an ideological issue. I hope such people can correct themselves and respond to any situation with a positive attitude and a smile. If you are infected, don't be pessimistic and treat it quickly. If you are not infected, take active prevention. Isn't it over?
