Guruiwat-Distributed photovoltaic FAQ (II)
In the last issue of "Distributed Photovoltaic FAQ", we summarized and sorted out common distributed photovoltaic knowledge. In this issue, we will continue to output common distributed photovoltaic knowledge for reference only.
Q. What is "spontaneous use, self-use, and over-the-power grid"?
A: "spontaneous use, self-use, and over-the-power grid" is a consumption mode of distributed photovoltaic power generation. For this mode, the photovoltaic grid connection point is set on the load side of the user's meter, and a meter of photovoltaic reverse transmission is needed, or the grid power meter is set to be bidirectional meter. The photovoltaic electricity consumed by users themselves can directly enjoy the power grid's sales electricity price in a way that saves electricity bills; the reverse power transmission capacity is measured separately and settled at the specified on-grid electricity price.
Spontaneous use and marginal access method
Q. What is "full access to the Internet"?
A: "full access to the Internet" is a consumption mode of distributed photovoltaic power generation. For this model, the photovoltaic grid connection point is located on the grid side of the user's meter, and all the power generated by the photovoltaic system flows into the public power grid and is settled at the specified on-grid electricity price.
Full Internet access method
Q. Can the photovoltaic power generation network access model be changed?
A: Distributed photovoltaic power generation is an important strategic emerging industry in my country. Vigorously promoting the application of photovoltaic power generation has great strategic significance for optimizing the energy structure, improving the ecological environment, and transforming the urban and rural energy use methods. It is an important measure to promote stable growth, adjust structure, promote reform and benefit people's livelihood. Adopting the "spontaneous self-use and free power grid access" model can improve the power consumption structure and promote people's livelihood development. We encourage and support distributed photovoltaic power generation projects such as roofs to use this model to connect to the power grid, and support the transition from "full online access" to "spontaneous self-use and free power grid access" model. Changes can be made through re-registration.
Q. What are the precautions for installing photovoltaics on color steel plate roofs?
A: The following issues need to be considered when installing photovoltaics on color steel plate roofs:
01 Installing a photovoltaic system on color steel plate roofs should comprehensively consider whether the life of color steel plates can meet the life requirements of photovoltaic system.
02 Survey and evaluate the corrosion conditions and waterproof system integrity of roofs with a certain service life, and reinforce or completely repair the structures with hidden dangers.
03 Photovoltaic modules are installed directly on top of color steel plates. It is necessary to consider the ventilation and heat dissipation of photovoltaic modules to reduce the impact of color steel plate roof temperature on photovoltaic module power generation efficiency and related devices and materials.
04 During the installation of photovoltaic modules, water leakage should be avoided due to damage to color steel plates. Once the water leakage occurs due to the absorption of the color steel plate interlayer rock wool (other fillers), it is difficult to judge the leakage position.
05 The mechanical strength of color steel plates is weak, and the damage to color steel plates is reduced during the installation of the photovoltaic system, and the mechanical deformation of color steel plates is avoided that the structural stability of the photovoltaic system will be affected.
06 When the component is installed at a small angle, it is advisable to deal with dust at the edge of the component in time after the rain to avoid accumulation of dust and causing heat spots.
07 Before installation, make a convenient plan for replacement of color steel plate roof after the life of expires.
Q. Will photovoltaics cause voltage fluctuations in after being connected to the grid?
A: When the installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic systems is not large and the proportion is not high, the voltage fluctuations caused are extremely small and generally will not affect the operation of the power grid. When the power output of a distributed photovoltaic system is greater than the on-site load, the increase in the voltage of the network point needs to be paid attention to. The measures that can be taken are:
01 Electrical calculations are carried out during the design stage and the voltage deviation value is checked.
02 Change the access system plan, such as changing the connection point and increasing the grid voltage level.
03 Change the power factor setting value of inverter , but it may affect the user's reactive power assessment.
04 Transformation of distribution network.
05 Appropriately reduce the photovoltaic installation capacity.
Photovoltaic is one of the main driving forces for achieving carbon neutrality, and distributed photovoltaic is an important engine for the booming development of the photovoltaic industry. Learning more distributed photovoltaic knowledge will help promote the healthy and rapid development of the photovoltaic industry.
