Since Li Shusheng joined the Junjing Cableway, he has successively organized and participated in the maintenance of equipment of Shaanxi Huashan Xifeng Cableway, Shaanxi Shaohua Mountain Cableway, Shaanxi Yulin Huashan Cableway, and Inner Mongolia Yellow River Grand Canyon Baozi Tower Cableway, step by step, and contributed to the company's cause down-to-earth. In October 2017, Li Skillsen was responsible for the overhaul project of the Huashan Xifeng Cableway undertaken by the company. He led the team to formulate an overhaul plan and successfully completed the first equipment overhaul after 22,500 hours of operation of the Huashan Xifeng Cableway in Shaanxi. Subsequently, Li Shusheng followed the company's arrangements and went to Qianhu Miaozhai Scenic Area in Leishan County, Guizhou Province to be responsible for the Beimen cableway construction project with his colleagues. In early 2018, Li Shusheng was sent to Yanchuan County, Shaanxi Province for work needs, completed the post-production equipment debugging of Qiankun Bay Cableway and successfully passed the acceptance of the National Search and Inspection Center. After the phased tasks were completed, he led the team to the stage of technical hosting services and the creation of production safety standardization , which effectively guaranteed the safe operation of Qiankun Bay cableway.
In 2019, Li Shusheng was transferred to Zhouyuan Cableway, Baoji, Shaanxi Province to be responsible for operation and management. During this period, he led his employees to complete the tightening of more than 2,400-meter-long line bracket bolts and the station equipment link bolts of the three stations; cooperated with foreign engineers to carry out secondary knitting of the carrying cables, and implemented standardized cable operation management; in the cableway electrical section, combined with the suggestions of engineers in the North Kiosk and the actual working ability of employees, he guided employees to make electrical component control loop templates, and learn and master the working principles of common electrical components in practical operation. Considering that the sudden stop of the equipment caused the line to be stranded by tourists, he and his colleagues simulated various parking failures that could be imagined and analyzed methods and ideas for quickly troubleshooting the failures. Regarding the situation of hub bearing running the outer ring, we actively discussed and negotiated with external machining technicians. Finally, using cold welding technology to successfully solve such problems, save funds, and extend the spare parts procurement cycle. After unremitting efforts, the project has been built into a technical training base for the company's employees.

The company's business expansion was greatly hindered, but Li Shusheng knew about the overall situation and drove more than 1,000 kilometers with the company's leaders to inspect the actual situation of the cableway on site, actively participated in the public bidding, and finally won the bid for Wanfoshan Passenger Cableway Technology Hosting in Shucheng County, Anhui, successfully promoting the company's cableway technology hosting business to East China.In September 2022, under the correct guidance of the company's leaders, we worked together with the team members, carefully calculated and formulated technical plans, and won the bid for the North Gate Cableway Technology Manage Project of Qianhu Miaozhai Scenic Area, Leishan County, Guizhou Province, and exported the advanced operation and management services of Junjing Cableway to the motherland's southwest region .

In November 2021, Li Skillshen led the Shaanxi Tourism Group cableway operation and maintenance service team to the Beijing Winter Olympics stadium National Alpine Skiing Center Yanqing competition area, and used hard-core strength to ensure the safe operation of the E and G cableways and a magic carpet used in the "2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics". Since the work location is located in high altitude, high cold and strong wind outlet areas, it has brought great tests to the daily operation of the cableway. However, he established the temporary party group of the company's party branch at the Winter Olympics cableway work site, fully playing the leading role of party building, leading everyone to fight against the wind and snow, overcome various difficulties, and safely inspecting 5 platform equipment, 55 distribution equipment, 17 line brackets, 153 tires, more than 200 safety inspection points, more than 210 cable holders disassembly and tens of thousands of parts one by one. Finally, he led the team to pass 150 days of persistence to deliver a satisfactory answer for the "zero failure" of cableway operation at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics cableway, and completed the Winter Olympics cableway operation and maintenance services with high quality.
As a technical manager, Li Shusheng often warned himself that his achievements can only represent the past, the times are developing and technology is progressing, and he should be down-to-earth and rigorous in his work.
