The tenderer is Ningbo Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd., and the bidding agency is Zhongguan Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions, and the construction of the TJ7027 section of the project civil engineering project is now open for tendering.
2. Project overview and bidding scope
2.1 Construction location: Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province.
2.2 Construction scale: Ningbo Rail Transit Line 7 Shengmo Road Station is located in the A5-4# plot in the west area of Minghu, southwest quadrant intersection of Ningchuan Road and Shengmo Road. It is arranged in the eastern area of the plot in obliquely and transfers to the Shengmo Road Station channel of Line 1 that has been operated. Among them, the Shengmo Road Station of Line 7 is a three-story underground island-type station , the main building scale is 180.0m (net length within the structure) x 20.3m (net width within the structure), the main building area is 18976 square meters, the effective platform length is 118m, and the platform width is 13m. The above description of the project shall be subject to the design drawings and "Technical Standards and Requirements".
2.3 Planned construction period: 1082 calendar days (January 15, 2023-December 31, 2025 ), the tenderer can adjust the construction period according to the actual progress of the project. Construction service period: from the date of signing the contract to the expiration of the defect liability period (including the preliminary investigation stage, planned construction stage, completion acceptance and defect liability period stage) (the defect liability period shall be calculated from the date of completion acceptance stipulated in the "Interim Measures for Acceptance Management of Urban Rail Transit Construction Projects" (Civil Quality [2014] No. 42).)).
