Imagine that if Huang Jian could call the police for help in time and send the old lady to the hospital for treatment, the old lady might have survived, but unfortunately Huang Jian chose to escape.
As we all know, hit-and-run is a very serious crime, and more importantly, it will delay the treatment of the injured. According to the current traffic rules, under normal circumstances, hit-and-run traffic will be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or detention. If someone dies due to escape, he may be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of more than seven years.
This may be an important reason why Huang Jian, who is studying in the driving school, escaped, but we say that if we don’t know others, unless we don’t do it ourselves, can we escape the first day of the junior high school and cannot escape the fifteenth? Huang Jian also thought about it during his escape, so he turned around and returned to the scene of the accident. Could it be that he had figured it out and came back to treat the old lady who was hit?
However, this is not the case. I don’t know which nerve was short-circuited so that he came up with an incredible idea to cover up a traffic accident with invasion! After returning to the scene, he went straight to the old lady who was already dying. He first pulled off the other party's pants. In order to prevent the other party from waking up and resisting, he picked up a stone and smashed it hard on the old lady's head until the old lady did not move. He then completed the arrangement of the "infringement and death" scene with actual rape, and then returned to the escape route after being satisfied.
To this day, we are still wondering if there is a problem with the nerves or the memory is confused. Could it be that he has reversed the description of the process? However, the prosecution documents are vividly remembered, and whether it is to pretend to be "infringement and death" to cause the scene of a car accident or to cover up the traffic accident with "infringement and death", the result is the same: the old man who picked up the scavenger was smashed to death by him using cruel means and then raped him.
There is no doubt that Huang Jian's behavior has violated the two charges of intentional homicide and rape. What awaits him must be severe punishment from the law. According to relevant laws and regulations in our country: raping a woman and killing a woman will constitute both rape and intentional homicide, and may be punished together and will generally be sentenced to death. This case only has one warning to us: once a bad person has an idea of doing evil, everything can be used as an excuse. Even if the excuse is illogical and absurd, it cannot stop it from implementing evil thoughts. As the Buddha said, "When the mindfulness is at the hall, and when the evil thoughts are at the time of evil thoughts, the demon is at the end." Therefore, once such a bad person appears, he should immediately bring it to the Dharma to avoid causing harm to sentient beings.
