I still remember the incidents of learning from Lei Feng model Li Runhu from 1990 to 1991... I still remember the news about "Maintaining Peace in One Place" in May 2002. It was early the next morning after I finished the first draft. Therefore, I think most journalists may not encounter earth-shaking events throughout their careers. But news comes every day, and this society needs all kinds of useful information. Observation, listening, recording, verification, thinking, writing... is the daily work of every reporter. A person's persistence may be a habit; a group of people and an industry's persistence can only be classified as a kind of sentiment.

There are many revised manuscripts from leaders, leaders, editors and colleagues, layout of the article, reasoning of the point of view, theme refinement, hierarchy, typos and punctuation corrections in the manuscript, all of which are devoted to their care, support and the hard work of mentors as mothers. Through these, I have learned the keen thinking, profound knowledge, and a rigorous and meticulous work attitude of leaders and strict teachers, as well as the professionalism of being realistic, enterprising, pioneering and innovative, and striving for excellence. These are the best wealth that I will never enjoy throughout my life. Through these, I am very pleased with the successful harvest of " plum blossoms fragrance comes from the bitter cold"! Whenever I don’t have any news or the leader’s speeches or text materials I have been drafted cannot pass, or as I grow older, my position changes, my heart is disheartened or lazy, I revisit this world manuscript that has been treasured for more than 30 years and has become lead type or yellowed without publication, so that I can taste the joy and hardship of being a human and writing.
