Born in the 1980s, I am particularly nostalgic about tertiary and some old houses. Some people say this is a kind of nostalgia, so I like to see houses full of the style of the last century. The houses that can be preserved are basically state-owned units of the past. At the junction of Changsha and Xiangtan , I found a large area of old red brick buildings.
This building area, to be precise, should be the Muyun Factory of the 5712 aircraft repair factory. It has been relocated now, leaving only hundreds of red brick buildings of varying heights, built along the mountain, each building is full of the style from the 1950s and 1990s.
5712 aircraft repair factory, also known as Factory 19, is affiliated to AVIC and one of the third-line constructions. It was moved from Guangzhou to Changsha in 1965. It is located in the mountains at the junction of Muyun in Changsha and Zhaoshan in Xiangtan. It was relatively secret at the time, and now it still looks like a countryside.
The Muyun factory was the general factory at that time, and the airport and branch factory were built in Datuo Shop. Now all Muyun factory has been relocated and abandoned. It is said that they have been relocated to Datuo Shop, so the factory area is now empty, but some rooms seem to be inhabited there.
The 5712 Factory Muyun Factory still uses the design templates and standard configurations of old state-owned enterprises, including cinemas, auditoriums, schools, stadiums, canteens, shops and other facilities. However, this was a highly confidential unit and outsiders were not allowed to enter and exit. The door is now the first line of defense that year, and it also uses this door as the boundary line. One side belongs to Changsha, and the other side of the door is Xiangtan. So now you can see that if you come out of the factory, Dabai will check it there.
The Muyun Factory area has been moved away. After entering from the door for about three or four hundred meters, you can see a row of old-fashioned red brick houses on the left side of the road. After entering, weeds were overgrown, and there were many tube building built on the hillside. These were all employee buildings at that time, and some of them were painted with slogans of the time, which had distinct characteristics of the times.
Because no one takes care of, some of the buildings that were later purchased have collapsed, but I have to admire the quality of the buildings at that time. Most of the buildings were only built in red, but they remained intact without being care of them. In a yellow sycamore tree, I tell the tourists about the glory of the past.
The shops along the road can also see the former supply and marketing cooperative-style shops, with public telephones written on them on them, and old-fashioned signs, photos, etc. If these are slightly decorated, they can be completely filmed with movies and TV series with a strong sense of age.
After walking for a long time, I couldn't find how many houses there were here. I only saw 058 numbers and I couldn't see the factory area at that time. The road entering the mountain was blocked by the falling trees. I guess the production area was in the mountains because there was a direct road to the place, and there were some garages next to it.
On the blackboard newspaper next to the gymnasium, there are also words about returning from a target, which seems to be telling the characteristics of the place at that time.
