Recently, Wang Xiaoyan, assistant general manager of Zhongce Rubber (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., revealed that the second and third phase project of the company's "high-end green tire manufacturing industry chain improvement and transformation" is expected to start construction in December this year.
Currently, the first phase of the project - the expansion project of agricultural radial tire and oblique engineering tire workshop is being carried out smoothly.
Wang Xiaoyan introduced: "Due to the current supply of products, the company hopes that the first phase of the project will be completed and put into production as soon as possible. During the pile foundation construction stage, even on holidays, as long as the weather and safe construction conditions allow, we will use multiple shifts to 24 hours a day to build and carry out construction."
It is understood that the first phase of the project started on September 13 and is planned to be completed and put into production within 150 days. By then, 80,000 new agricultural radial tires can be added each year.
Zhongce Tianjin Company was established at the beginning of this year after Zhongce Rubber Group participated in the mixed reform of Tianjin International United Tire Rubber Co., Ltd.
Zhongce Rubber Group plans to invest 2.8 billion yuan within three years to build Tianjin company into Asia's largest non-highway tire "smart factory" that is efficient, energy-saving, green and environmentally friendly. The smooth implementation of the
