In addition to creating various park street scenes, Songshan Lake has practiced the concept of ecological civilization development in recent years, neither cutting mountains and filling valleys nor deliberately pursuing straight roads. According to reports, the commercial street of this community is not only the first Guanyi style advertising demonstration street in Songshan Lake, but also a demonstration pilot for the local implementation of the " front three guarantees " responsibility system. "In terms of urban management, compared with other towns and streets, the grassroots management force of Songshan Lake is slightly weak." Fang Weidong introduced that the difficulties encountered by Songshan Lake in the improvement of the living environment include the low utilization rate of parking facilities, frequent parking and random parking, double new projects, and construction site mud and dust pollution affects the environment.
To this end, the Songshan Lake Management Committee has innovated its management methods, and the Party committees of the four districts of the north, central, southern and ecological parks have been unveiled to promote the further extension and sinking of management and services to the grassroots level, and gradually sinking forces such as daily inspections, supervision and governance. It is worth mentioning that the accelerated implementation of the "feedback of the urban management "feedback of the work system" in Songshan Lake has received feedback.
