2. Areas that have not yet been lifted will continue to strengthen management and control. High-risk areas strictly implement "door-to-door service without leaving home", and medium-risk areas strictly implement "door-to-door picking without leaving the area". Areas outside medium and high-risk areas do not gather or gather. Every resident can arrange for one person to go out to buy daily necessities every three days with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours, and the time is controlled within 1 hour. Residents with medical treatment or other special needs can enter and exit the community with the consent of the community where they live.
3. Unblocking does not unlock the defense. Strictly fulfill the responsibilities of all parties. The district’s government agencies, enterprises, institutions, transportation stations, farmers’ markets, shopping malls and supermarkets must strictly implement measures such as scanning codes, wearing masks, and measuring body temperature. Citizens entering public places such as communities and medical institutions and taking public transportation must hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours, and a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours on the first day of returning to work. Traffic control is strictly controlled between streets.
4. Carry out normalized nucleic acid testing, restore convenient nucleic acid sampling points in non-medium and high-risk areas, and provide free mixed inspection services. Organize nucleic acid testing or screening in key areas in a timely manner. Key industries, key groups and key places strictly implement nucleic acid testing in accordance with regulations, and coding management is implemented if they fail to participate in accordance with regulations.
5. Schools and kindergartens in the unblocked area are temporarily suspended from returning to school (school). The specific return time will be notified separately. Various off-campus training institutions have suspended offline training.
6. Stop rushing to the venue and every event, and advocate delaying the wedding, simple funerals, and not holding banquets. Business will be suspended in closed entertainment venues such as bars, KTVs, chess and card rooms, as well as public cultural and sports venues such as libraries and indoor sports venues.
7. Personnel and vehicles that have been lifted from the static management area shall not go to the static management area unless necessary.
The above measures will be dynamically adjusted according to the progress of the epidemic and prevention and control needs. Each street can refine work requirements according to actual conditions and implement them well. The general public is requested to continue to actively cooperate with all epidemic prevention and control work, and those who refuse to cooperate or cause serious consequences will be held accountable in accordance with the law.
