" China National Offshore Oil Corporation " official account reported on September 29 that on the 27th, the first deep coalbed methane horizontal well "Deep Coal No. 1" implemented by Zhonglian Company in the Linxing block of Luliang City, Shanxi Province was successfully put into production, and the final test output reached 60,000 cubic meters per day. The production of "Shen Coal No. 1" marks the successful advancement of China National Offshore Oil Corporation's land oil and gas exploration and development from shallow coal seams to deep coal seams, and is of great significance to help my country's coalbed methane industry develop high-quality and ensure national energy security.
At present, the exploration and development depth of my country's coalbed methane is mostly within 1,000 meters. Although the deep coalbed methane resources are richer, the geological conditions of the coal seam are more complex, and the coal reservoir has poor pore permeability, strong plasticity, and difficult artificial cracks to extend, making reservoir transformation more difficult and development more difficult.
It is reported that "Shenchi Coal No. 1" completed drilling in January this year, using near-drill geological guidance technology to complete the drilling depth exceeding 3,200 meters, the horizontal section length reaches 1,000 meters, and the coal seam drilling rate reaches 92%.
In August this year, the "Shenchi Coal No. 1" completed the fracturing construction. It has created many firsts, including the deepest burial, the largest liquid volume, the largest sand volume and the highest displacement, so as to realize large-scale transformation of the reservoir and effectively promote the release of production capacity.
