Shuttlecock

I believe many people kicked shuttlecocks when they were young. Some people kicked plastic through iron rings to make simple shuttlecocks, and some people used badmintons and sandbags instead. This game originated from the folk in the Han Dynasty is still loved by people of all ethnic groups across the country today.

Shuttlecock was transmitted to the northern and southern borders through the railway system in our district, and later became one of the projects widely loved by people of all ethnic groups.

The shuttlecock competition in this sports meeting is in the badminton doubles venue, with two teams fighting across the net, divided into single, double and team competitions, with 3 people in each team competition. The rules are similar to volleyball. Each person can touch the ball twice. Except for blocking, the ball must not be touched with his hands and arms.

  Swing

When I was a child, I always felt that the swings in the park were not high enough and not satisfying enough. But the swing competition at the National Games will definitely make you feel excited.

The origin of the swing can be traced back to ancient times and became a folk custom game after the Han Dynasty. People of all ethnic groups in our district not only love swings, but also achieved many successes in the National Ethnic Traditional Sports Games.

The swing event of this sports meet is a women's event, divided into two types of competition: "touching bell" and "height". "Touching the bell" means that if the number of times touches the bell is won within the specified time; if the number of times of "height" is the same height, and the number of times of pre-swing is won.

    Ethnic Martial Arts

Who didn’t have a martial arts dream when he was a child? I watched the movie "HTM1" by Bruce Lee and learned to play "HTM1" by , but I didn't expect that my body was green and purple. But after watching " Ip Man ", I still couldn't help but want to ask: Where can I teach Wing Chun ?

Chinese martial arts is a valuable cultural heritage that the Chinese working people have continuously accumulated and enriched in long-term social practice. In our district, people of all ethnic groups are no longer satisfied with watching action blockbusters, and more and more people are entering the martial arts hall to learn martial arts.

The national martial arts competition of this sports meet is divided into personal traditional boxing, equipment routines and practice competitions.

    Archery

Nowadays, archery has become one of the fashion sports that more and more young people love. Many big cities have archery clubs and archery experience halls, and many film and television bases also have archery experiences. Have you experienced it too?

Archesting is one of the six ancient arts in my country (shooting). It was originally a weapon used in ancient hunting and war, and later developed into a modern competitive sports event. Shooting art is a combination of traditional sports, art and culture of the Chinese nation, and it contains the philosophical connotation of the craftsman's morality, state of mind and mind experience. In our district, archery is a landmark traditional cultural and sports event of the Xibe tribe and is also loved by people of other ethnic groups.

The rules of archery events in traditional ethnic sports meets are basically the same as those in the Olympics. They are divided into individual and group competitions. In the same distance, the one who hits the target ring with the highest number of shots is the winner. (Editor in charge of Pomegranate Cloud: Qin Jinli)
