Jiang Yang Zhuoma was born in February 1984 in , Dege County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province . Here, the mountains are beautiful, the clouds are light and the sky is high, but it is an economically underdeveloped area. It will not be considered a "poor county" until 2020.
Jiangyang Dolma’s parents are honest herdsmen and have 6 children. Jiangyang Dolma is the fourth and the only girl.
