The notice requires that school food safety is related to the health and life safety of students, family happiness and social stability. It is necessary to standardize the construction of canteens, use the Internet and other means to realize " bright kitchen and bright stove". The school canteen should be kept at a prescribed distance from toxic and harmful places and other sources of pollution. Facilities such as rodent and pest control are intact.
The school canteen is operated independently in principle, and a food business license should be obtained. Schools that contract or entrust the operation of canteens to foreign parties shall, in accordance with the management regulations of relevant local departments, fully listen to the opinions of the parent committee, student representative assembly, and faculty representative assembly, and openly select a reputable catering service unit or catering management company, according to law signing the contract. Schools that choose off-campus catering units should establish and improve the introduction and withdrawal mechanism, and choose the best. For contractors or entrusted operators whose main responsibility for food safety is not in place and food safety accidents have occurred many times, the school shall terminate the contract in a timely manner and notify the territorial education, market supervision and other departments.
At the same time, all localities and schools must strictly control the procurement channels of food, raw materials and tableware, implement a purchase inspection record system, and prohibit the purchase and use of products that are prohibited by the state or that do not meet food safety standards. The interval between cooking and consumption of student meals shall not exceed two hours, and the finished food shall be sampled for more than 48 hours in accordance with the prescribed amount. should provide meals on demand, improve the way of serving meals, and encourage measures such as small servings, half servings, and set meals to prevent waste.
The notice also requires all localities to implement sanitation requirements. The school canteen should keep the internal and external environment clean, the ground dry, clean and disinfect regularly, ventilate for more than 30 minutes after each meal, remove kitchen waste in time, and separate garbage for disposal.
