As of 22:00 on September 19, according to the relevant division provisions of the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)", there are 817 high-risk areas, 908 medium-risk areas and 134 low-risk areas in the country. At present, the domestic COVID-19 epidemic has shown a trend of multiple points and wide areas and local frequent occurrence. , Jiamusi City, and Harbin City have recently experienced local epidemics, and the epidemic prevention and control situation is severe and complex. As the National Day holiday approaches, people travel, tourism and gathering activities have increased, and the risks of epidemic import and transmission have increased. In order to fully implement the overall strategy of "preventing imports from outside and preventing rebound from inside" and the general policy of "dynamic zeroing", effectively control and reduce the risk of epidemic transmission, and ensure the safety of life and health of the people, the Heilongjiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued the following prevention and control reminders:
1. Strictly implement personal epidemic prevention and control responsibilities and strengthen the awareness that one is the first person responsible for health. Adhere to wearing masks scientifically, wash hands frequently, ventilate frequently, gather less, maintain a safe social distance, and develop good hygiene habits.
2. It is recommended not to go to the areas where medium and high-risk areas are located unless necessary. If you have to go, be sure to report to your community (village) and work unit in advance, and pay attention to checking the epidemic progress and prevention and control measures of the destination. After returning, you should manage and report actively in accordance with the local epidemic prevention and control policies.
3. Please pay close attention to the epidemic trends and intersect with the activity trajectory of positive infected persons, or have a history of travel in medium and high-risk areas, and those entering (returning) to our province must actively report to the community, unit or hotel, and implement classified management according to the epidemic risk level of the departure place and the route place according to the municipal (local) control policies.
4. People in counties (cities, districts) who have a local epidemic do not travel unless necessary. Those who really need to travel need to green Longjiang health code, normal body temperature test and provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.
5. When contacting express delivery and items from overseas and domestic medium and high-risk areas, wear masks and disposable gloves and disinfect the internal and external packaging. After treatment, wash your hands and replace the masks in time.
6. Do a good job in health management for yourself and your family. If you experience symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, loss of smell (taste), diarrhea, etc., please do not take medicine by yourself. You must wear a mask and go to the nearest medical institution’s fever clinic as soon as possible to check and seek medical treatment. Avoid taking public transportation during the treatment process, and actively inform your travel and contact history.
7. Vaccination with new coronavirus vaccine is an effective measure to reduce the infection rate, severe illness rate and mortality rate, and it also has protective effect on the Omickron mutation. People who meet the vaccination conditions are requested to get vaccinated as soon as possible, and people who have completed the entire vaccination process for more than 6 months are required to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
