Entry (return) personnel from Zhengzhou
According to the provincial directive on August 23, "About strengthening the entry (return) from key domestic areas" Notice on the Control of Personnel in Henan Province (Henan Epidemic Prevention and Control Office [2022] No. 232) Adjustment:
(1) Entry personnel:
Implement "7 days of centralized isolation medical observation + 3 days of home health for entry personnel" "Monitoring" management measures, carry out a nucleic acid test on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 7th days of centralized isolation medical observation. During the home health monitoring period, in principle, you live alone and do not go out. On the 3rd day, you will receive nucleic acid tests at home. In special circumstances such as medical treatment, if approved by the community, a dedicated car will be arranged to provide personal protection throughout the process and implement closed-loop management. Those who do not meet the conditions for home health monitoring will be quarantined for three days.
(2) People coming (returning) to Zhengzhou from high, medium and low-risk areas:
People coming (returning) to Zhengzhou from streets (townships) in high-risk areas will be quarantined for 7 days.
Personnel coming (returning) from the streets (townships) in the medium-risk areas to Zhengzhou will be quarantined at home for 7 days.
Carry out 7-day home health monitoring for people coming (returning) to Zhengzhou from counties (cities, districts) where low-risk areas are located.
(3) People coming (returning) from other key areas to Zhengzhou:
7-day centralized quarantine measures will be implemented for people who have a history of traveling to Tibet, Hainan, and Xinjiang within 7 days.
A three-day home health monitoring and nucleic acid test will be carried out for returnees from Qinghai, Gansu, Sichuan, Yunnan and other provinces adjacent to Tibet and Xinjiang, and nucleic acid tests will be conducted every three days. In the above four provinces, Qinghai Province, Haixi Prefecture, , Yushu Prefecture, and Xining City , Huangnanzhou people coming (returning) to Zhengzhou will be adjusted to 4 days of centralized quarantine + 3 days of home health monitoring.
For people arriving and returning from Shaanxi Province and Chongqing City, where the epidemic situation is severe and the risk of community transmission is high, three days of home health monitoring and nucleic acid testing will be carried out every three days. For people arriving and returning from Shangluo City and Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, it will be adjusted to four days. Centralized isolation + 3 days of home health monitoring.
(4) People coming (returning) to Zhengzhou from outside Zhengzhou City:
must report in advance through the "Yu Shi Ban" APP or "Zheng Hao Ban" APP; upon arrival in Zhengzhou, you must check the health code and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours; upon arrival, Empress Zheng must take the initiative to undergo a nucleic acid test within 24 hours.

Persons leaving Zhengzhou from low-risk areas

The frequency of normalized nucleic acid testing in Zhengzhou has been adjusted
Starting from 0:00 on July 15, the frequency of normalized nucleic acid testing in Zhengzhou has been adjusted from 72 hours to 48 hours. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. Residents within the city's jurisdiction and other people in Zhengzhou should voluntarily complete a nucleic acid sampling every 48 hours (testing once every other day).
2. Nucleic acid tests for districts, counties (cities), risk occupation personnel and personnel in key institutions and places with new cases within 7 days shall be carried out at the prescribed frequency.
3. Persons coming (returning) from non-epidemic areas outside the city to Zhengzhou should provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before arriving in Zhengzhou.
4. Further strengthen the "place code" scanning and verification work, strictly implement the code scanning and verification, and the code verification must be strict. Persons who have not obtained nucleic acid sampling or testing certificates within the specified time are not allowed to enter public places or take public transportation.
