December 5th is the anniversary of the signing of the "Memorandum of Budapest" signed on December 5, 1994 28 years ago. However, the atmosphere on this day was fatally damaged for the first time in 28 years.

After the Russian army was attacked and damaged at the Engels strategic bomber base in the local Saratov and the Ryazan Prefecture Air Base, the Russian army launched a large-scale missile attack on Ukraine, launching dozens of missiles in total, although most of them were shot down by the Ukrainian air defense system . More than 60 of the more than 70 missiles launched were shot down, with a proportion of at least 85%.

There is a rather ambiguous speculation here, that is, Russia's missile attack on Ukraine is allegedly retaliated against the "cigarette butts" operation falling at the Saratov Engels Airport and Ryazan Airport in the Russian Federation.

Ukraine already has modern air defense missile systems such as NASAMS and IRIS-T in service, and it is clear that Ukrainian troops will gain more experience in every Russian missile attack and respond more effectively to Russian missile threats.
