According to foreign media reports, in the face of China, the issue discussed by the NATO Foreign Ministers' Meeting is to further coordinate the attitude of member states towards China, because NATO was mainly facing the direct threat of Russia, and NATO is relatively consistent

Russia is the actual opponent of NATO Group, while China is the potential "important enemy" of NATO Group and the biggest imaginary enemy. This concept was fully demonstrated at the NATO Foreign Ministers' Meeting held in the capital of Romania at the end of November. Because at this meeting, although the Russian-Ukrainian conflict was the main issue, the foreign ministers of the NATO Group were obviously unwilling to miss collectively dealing with China's problems, so they discussed the next plan to deal with China.

According to foreign media reports, in the face of China, the issue discussed by the NATO Foreign Ministers' Meeting is to further coordinate the attitude of member states towards China, because NATO was mainly facing the direct threat of Russia, and NATO is relatively consistent within NATO, but China does not constitute a substantial hedge relationship with the NATO group, and there must be inconsistent voices within NATO.

There is another factor. In the past few months, Washington, the United States, has been lobbying NATO member states to make these member states tough on China and take substantial actions to carry out large-scale containment. This is the United States' common trick, to gather allies and to form a "encirclement" of China.

This is already the third step of NATO's three-step strategy towards China. The first two steps were: in June this year, NATO countries issued a security strategy document. In this document, NATO countries shine their teeth and define China as a "systemic challenge", emphasizing that China poses great challenges to NATO's ideological values and military security, and accusing China of its defense and military construction and economic and technological "infiltration" into Europe, and shaped China subjectively into what NATO believes to be a "adversary".

The second is to win over Japan and South Korea. Needless to say, the spokesperson of the United States in the Asia-Pacific will and has a direct competitive relationship with China, so it naturally becomes the target of NATO's win over. For example, Japan is trying to achieve so-called "nuclear sharing" with NATO countries, while South Korea joins the NATO Cyber Defense Center. Obviously, under the instigation of the United States, NATO, the Cold War machine, took too big steps and stretched its tentacles too long.

Blinken further provoked China on this basis. According to foreign media reports, after NATO's Foreign Ministers' Meeting, Blinken said in an interview with the outside world, "NATO has kept its sober global challenges to China. The United States has always maintained concern about the coercive hostile strategies formed by China after its great development in recent years, walking on rumors and false information, and secretly developing military power, etc.."

Blinken's statement showed the United States' true attitude towards China, that is, it is to feel that it is impossible to make good friends from the bottom of the heart, and it is all about defeating China and achieving the goal of continuing to maintain US hegemony. Based on this position towards China, the United States has actually planned two strategies toward Taiwan, namely, if the People's Liberation Army conquered Taiwan in the future, how the United States will help the Taiwan authorities complete the preliminary preparations, just like Ukraine.

According to the latest news from foreign media, the US Congress is preparing to allocate $10 billion to the Taiwan authorities, claiming to be "free military aid". It will continue until 2027, because the US military speculates that the PLA will take over Taiwan by force in 2027. John Kirby, coordinator of the National Security Strategy of the White House, stressed, "The US move shows that even if the US supports Ukraine, it will not give up aid to Taiwan to strengthen its military defense capabilities and refuse the PLA operations."

This strategy to Taiwan is consistent with Blinken's speech and NATO Foreign Ministers' Meeting's attitude towards China. It can be understood as the United States' most authentic position to China, and everything else is false.

The second strategy to Taiwan is that the US Defense Intelligence Agency has recently established the "China Action Team", which is mainly to learn from Ukrainian soldiers and learn how to collect intelligence before or during the war, so as to "take the lead" and defeat it before the PLA's operation, or to prevent the PLA from landing in and fighting through advance intelligence judgment. More importantly, all the intelligence collected from mainland China will be disclosed to the Taiwan authorities.

The United States’ two moves are obviously to strengthen the armed defense capabilities of Taiwan from the perspective of finance and intelligence. From a fiscal perspective, the United States plans to establish a weapon production line on Taiwan in the next five years, especially the missile , shells and bullets, so that when Taiwan is blocked, it can meet the so-called "defense" work before US military interference.

From the perspective of intelligence, the United States wants to provide corresponding intelligence support to Taiwan just like it supports Ukraine, because during the Russian-Ukraine war, the reason why Ukraine repeatedly launched a counterattack against Russia was mainly because of the strong intelligence support of the United States. Obviously the United States wants to copy Ukrainian experience on Taiwan.

But the People's Liberation Army has long been saying first, "The Taiwan Strait issue is China's core interest. China will not make any compromises, and there will be no compromise." In other words, China is united. The reason why Ukraine can stand up with Russia for so long is mainly because NATO has reached an agreement and is geographically convenient and feasible. Is there such a possibility in Taiwan? Hungary is the first to refuse to agree.
