In order to further improve the militia's emergency response capabilities and establish a clear orientation of promoting training through examinations, the People's Armed Forces Department of Anyue County, Sichuan Province recently took advantage of the opportunity of militia base-based rotation training and invited the county's "Red Cross" training group to conduct professional assessment of emergency rescue knowledge for training militias, and at the same time issued a professional certificate of Red Cross ambulance to militias who passed the assessment.
"In the past, we carried out the training ourselves. The examiners were not professional, the assessment content was single and not comprehensive, the militia assessment was not very enthusiastic, and the assessment results were not obvious. This time, the joint Red Cross Society conducted a professional medical rescue assessment on us, and the sense of assessment pressure increased a lot than before." Zhang Xingqian, a militia participating in the training process, said that this training assessment focused more on the professionalism of training. Under the teaching of professional medical staff, the militia gradually mastered the relevant movements and laid a solid foundation for training through the method of promoting training, so that the health and rescue subjects can be learned more solidly and professionally.
Entering the training and assessment site, Anyue County "Red Cross" staff explained in detail to the militia how to use AED, cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills, and common operating techniques for basic trauma rescue skills, and how to conduct safe, scientific and efficient medical rescue at the rescue site when encountering emergencies. Through on-site simulation teaching, we teach everyone step by step CPR skills and bandage techniques of various trauma, and the emergency rescue capabilities of all militias participated in the training were greatly improved. Through theoretical testing, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, hemostasis, bandaging and other skills, all employees successfully obtained the corresponding qualification certificate .
Anyue County People's Armed Forces Department Minister Mou Wei said that in the next step, the county People's Armed Forces Department will carefully summarize the experience of this training, continue to work hard to improve the quality and efficiency of training, and incorporate local high-quality medical resources into the later military training. The military and local governments work together to temper their practical hard work, and strive to forge a new era militia team that "can pull out, go up, and win", and promote the construction of Anyue County's national defense reserve force to a new level. It is understood that the Anyue County People's Armed Forces Department and the Anyue County "Red Cross Society" have established a long-term cooperation mechanism. They also summarized and refined the "three-step training method", namely, three links of theoretical knowledge explanation, on-site concentrated training, and practical operation assessment, to effectively improve the militia's battlefield rescue capabilities.
