In order to further strengthen and standardize the management of company (community) legal consultants and further improve the functions of legal consultants, the Tiemenguan Municipal Justice Bureau of the Second Division recently carried out the assessment of first company (community) legal consultants for 199 companies (communities) in 2022.
Due to the impact of the epidemic, this assessment work was carried out through online assessment and was divided into two parts: First, lawyers remotely provide materials for legal services for the year, including work plans, ledger logs, legal lecture notes, work summary and other related materials; Second, the judicial office and consulting unit where the judicial bureau and the consulting unit are located evaluated the legal consultant by "listening", "seeing", "checking" and "evaluating".
"Listen" refers to listening to the personal reports of the legal consultant and the feedback results of the legal services of the consultant, checking ledger information, listening to the opinions of the service recipients, conducting questionnaires or telephone surveys to conduct comprehensive assessment of work performance. "" refers to checking the disclosure of the name, photos, contact information, job responsibilities and other information of the legal consultant studio and legal consultant. ""check" refers to checking the production and standardization of the legal consultant's work files and case files, and checking the work quality and work effect of the legal consultant. "Evaluation" refers to convening a remote video meeting for representatives of unit employees (community masses), and the local judicial office, consulting unit and employees (mass) score the development of the legal consultant business.
There are a total of 44 lawyers (legal workers) in the city of 170 companies and 29 communities to serve as legal consultants, and signed legal consultant contracts. The current full coverage of the work of one company (community) and one legal consultant is full. The evaluation pass rate of the comprehensive assessment results is 100%, and the excellence rate is 77%. Legal consultants join the company (community) brings convenient and beneficial legal services to the people, and also provides strong service support for the popularization of legal publicity and resolution of conflicts and disputes.
This assessment is not only a summary and improvement of the legal consultant service work in 2022, but also provides reference opinions for the renewal work in 2023, and lays a good foundation for better promoting the in-depth development of one company (community) and a legal consultant in the division and city.
