Our disadvantage is:
90th Division 267th Regiment, the 269th Regiment was incorporated into the 89th Division, and the 270th Regiment was incorporated into the Red First Legion
and rest in the bunker stops;
(selected from the fifth issue of "Red Battlefield" in 1935)
(V) Disadvantages of this combat:
(1) The firepower is not organized well, especially when pursuing the enemy, there is no major development of the firepower pursuit of the machine gun . If the firepower is organized well with the pursuit troops, the enemy will suffer greater casualties; after the Baizhang Pass, the 90th Division was too sacrificed, and the establishment of the 90th Division was abolished, and the upper and lower levels were not in close contact during the pursuit, and the lower levels did not always report the situation of the enemy to the superiors or in writing, so that it was impossible for them to judge the enemy situation and decide the tasks later, and it was not clear where the reserve team should be increased;
(3) Regiment and battalion-level cadres did not have close control over the troops. For example, when Li Shaoqiao, the commander of a certain regiment (75th Regiment), had no troops in his hands when he was chasing the enemy, so that the enemy took advantage of our vain and counterattacked, causing a regiment to be threatened by the frontal enemy in one of the right wing battalions. In short, regiment and battalion-level cadres did not always hold the troops in hand, especially when chasing the enemy, cadres and soldiers mixed together. Battalions and companies could not gather at any time, and they could not concentrate our main force on the opportunity to fight the enemy and copy the enemy a little;
(4) Because cadres did not like to look at maps in the past, this time they fought against forest villages on flat ground, some cadres lost their way. For example (the commander of the 75th Regiment of the 25th Division) Li Shaoqiao had already arrived at a seal and didn't know where it was southeast, northwest, and the enemy's gunshots were said to be the gunshots from behind me, etc.;
(5) When attacking the enemy, he only used all the attacks, and did not divide it into where the main attack, where the assist, where the feint attack, where the troops should gather. The terrain did not use the terrain to attack the enemy, so some casualties were suffered under the enemy's fire;
(6) During the war, there was no political and party mobilization work, rescue work, clearing the battlefield, etc., and there was no considerable arrangement; rushing and fighting in a random manner;
