1 September 30, Rongcheng City held a ceremony to present a flower basket to revolutionary martyrs in the city Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery . City leaders Xu Ming, Zheng Yuewen, Wang Hongxiao, Wang Gang, Shen Wanbing and others attended the event together with representatives from all walks of life. Zheng Yuewen, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor, presided over the ceremony. At that time, the public memorial ceremony officially began with the solemn and majestic "National Anthem". All personnel stood up and observed silently to the martyrs who died heroically in different historical periods of national liberation and socialist construction and reform and opening up.
After the silence, the Young Pioneers sang "We Are the Successors of Communism " in unison to express their high respect and remembrance for the revolutionary martyrs. 14 guards lifted the flower basket and walked towards the revolutionary martyrs' monument and presented flower baskets to the revolutionary martyrs.
