In addition, he organized QC activities such as "optimization of finished product protection method during aircraft assembly" and "quality improvement of high-precision assembly of three coordinates of airborne equipment", designed protective devices, and compiled the "Guidelines for high-precision assembly of three coordinates of airborne finished products", greatly improving the level of finished product installation process. His innovative spirit is also reflected in his thinking and actions on daily work. In 2021, in response to the problem of windshield wiper measurement and main landing gear intersection hole processing, he has developed a series of widely applicable measurement methods to break the production bottleneck and improve the production process level. As a professional leader, he took the initiative to break traditional methods and innovate work paths, and took the lead in completing key tasks such as docking of large components of the aircraft, finishing the landing gear intersection point, and testing the entire machine system. In the final assembly and work installation project he was in charge, he grasped the design, production and deployment of hundreds of tooling , worked hard, prepared more than 600 assembly instructions of various types, and coordinated and handled more than 2,000 problems of various types, effectively ensuring the development progress of the project and also made important contributions to the establishment of the "Xinzhou" aircraft intelligent assembly production line. The production line was also rated as the "Pilot Demonstration of Regional Aircraft Coordinated Development and Cloud Manufacturing" intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2015.
He used his spare time to study hard, and has successively obtained the "Xinzhou" 60 aircraft maintenance license, HEXAGON operation and maintenance certificate, World Skills Competition aircraft maintenance project training certificate, etc., and has been included in the "high-end intelligent manufacturing talent pool" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
