Hello everyone, it’s really hard to choose a job when changing jobs, especially our non-commissioned officers. Sometimes it is difficult to choose if your profile ranks first.
Now our comrades are indeed facing this situation. When they transfer jobs, they are all arranged, but our non-commissioned officers generally have two choices, one is to go to public institutions and the other is to go to state-owned enterprises. Of course, our cadres can also go to state-owned enterprises when they transfer their businesses, and relatively fewer people can go to state-owned enterprises. Non-commissioned officers basically choose public institutions and state-owned enterprises. Especially if your comrades have the highest points or even ranked first, you are very confused and very confused. Why do you say this?
First of all, if you choose a public institution. relatively speaking, it may be relatively close to home, but generally there is no room for development. You have no room for development in three to five years. What should you do when you are older? It's almost 140 years old. Then the salary is not very high, that's for sure.
Next, if you choose a state-owned enterprise. Under normal circumstances, salary and benefits should be slightly better than those of public institutions. However, when you choose a state-owned enterprise, our non-commissioned officers often work on the front line. If they work on the front line, the work location is likely to be not local. You have to stay away from your family again. What's the difference between you and you are in the army? You may not be able to come back once a week and cannot take care of your parents, wife and children. Therefore, the non-commissioned officers do face this problem when they transfer their jobs, which is to choose a job, and every comrade-in-arms will face this level. So, it depends on how you measure it.
3. In fact, our comrades-in-arms, if you choose to transfer, they are trying to be a stable , and a family that can take care of. I guess everyone should consider less income, but if your family happens to be a state-owned enterprise, the place you work is close to home, so it is probably better to choose a state-owned enterprise. For example, some comrades chose banks, and they were usually in the city and were closer to home.
No matter what, changing careers is a relatively painful thing. It’s not just about finding a unit. Really, comrades, please measure it more. I also hope that comrades can find a unit that they are satisfied with, and can use their abilities in new jobs to demonstrate the abilities of our demobilized soldiers.
