"We are mainly engaged in the development of launch vehicle and various satellite . The well-known space station , Shenzhou spacecraft , lunar and Mars rover , Beidou satellite, 'Pangwu' and other Long March series launch vehicle are all designed and produced by us." Wu Yansheng, representative of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Chairman and Party Secretary of of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, expressed confidence when talking about these.
When asked about how to make breakthroughs in scientific and technological innovation in China Aerospace next, he said that entering a new era, China Aerospace has made historic achievements. Taking the launch of launch vehicles as an example, in the decade since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China's aerospace has carried out 274 launches, and in the five years since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, 192 rocket launches have been carried out, accounting for 43.2% of the total number of Long March series rocket launches. It is these achievements that have promoted my country to fully build the 3 major space html and become the ranks of a space powerhouse.
Wu Yansheng revealed that China's space station will be built this year. Currently in space, the space station has completed the transfer of the Wentian cabin at the end of September, waiting for the Mengtian experimental cabin to rendezvous and docking with it; on the ground, the Mengtian experimental cabin, the last cabin of the "T" font configuration of the space station, has now completed the propellant refueling and docking with the launch vehicle. All preparations for the Long March 5B launch vehicle used for launch are currently normal. At the end of this month, the conditions will be met for launching Dream Cabin to implement rendezvous and docking. At the end of this year, the Tianzhou 5 cargo spacecraft and the Shenzhou 15 manned spacecraft will also be launched to enable 6 astronauts to work at the space station at the same time.
Wu Yansheng said that entering a new journey, we will make efforts and innovate in the following aspects: First, further improve our country's ability to enter space. The greater the ability of a launch vehicle, the greater the stage for aerospace development. To this end, the active launch vehicles will be updated and a new generation of manned launch vehicles and heavy launch vehicles will be developed, so as to make China's aerospace development stage bigger and better. Second, we will continue to implement major aerospace projects. For example, manned lunar exploration, construction of lunar scientific research bases, Mars sampling and return, and asteroid exploration will be carried out. Through these major projects, the Chinese people's pace of exploring space can take more steadily and further. Third, we will accelerate the creation of a source of original aerospace technology in China. To this end, the China Aerospace Science and Technology Innovation Research Institute was established, which increased investment in the field of basic research, focusing on strategic, cutting-edge and disruptive fields such as artificial intelligence , advanced detection, advanced materials, and advanced power to make breakthroughs to lead the development of aerospace. At the same time, it also contributes more aerospace wisdom, aerospace solutions and aerospace power to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
