Recently, the adaptive training for retired soldiers arranged by the government in Binzhou City has been successfully completed in 2022, and 196 retired soldiers arranged by the government in the city have participated in the training.
During the training, each county (city, district) based on its own actual situation, through the "first lesson" of the head of the retired military service department, hiring experts to teach, inviting retired soldiers in previous years to show their own opinions, organize visits and study, distribute publicity materials, seminars, and on-site Q&A, etc., to carry out targeted education on political theory, ideals and beliefs, professional ethics, laws and regulations, and situation policies to help retired soldiers systematically learn resettlement policies and procedures, and to deeply understand the basic situation of local economic and social development and the basic employment needs and development expectations of different units and industries.
