2022 Rocket Force openly recruits civilians in professional skills positions to the public
According to the " Regulations on Civilians of the People's Liberation Army of China " and relevant policies and regulations, the Rocket Force will openly recruit civilians in professional skills positions to the public in 2022. The following announcement is now made on relevant matters:
1. Recruitment positions
Professional and skilled civilian positions such as drivers, custodians, cooks, and maintenance workers of employers under the Rocket Force.
2. Recruitment target
Social personnel (including retired soldiers) who meet the qualification requirements for recruitment positions.
3. Application conditions
. Political conditions. It should meet the standards for the political assessment of the military's recruitment and employment of civilian personnel.
2. Qualification conditions. You should have the corresponding professional skills qualifications required by the position.
3. Educational conditions. You should have the corresponding education required by the position.
4. Age conditions. Those who apply for professional skills level 3 or 4 positions shall not exceed 35 years old (the age calculation deadline is October 31, 2022); those who apply for professional skills level 5 or ordinary job positions shall not exceed 30 years old (the age calculation deadline is October 31, 2022).
5. Physical conditions. The military should meet the standard conditions for recruiting and hiring civilian personnel physical examination .
6. Household registration conditions. In principle, the registered residence of the candidates shall belong to the same province (autonomous region, municipality) as the employer.
7. Other conditions. On the premise of meeting the above basic conditions, the specific recruitment conditions shall be determined by the employer according to the position needs.

4. Recruitment procedure
. Publish recruitment information. The Rocket Force issued an announcement through the Military Talent Network (website: http://www.81rc.mil.cn or http://81rc.81.cn).

Register online. registration time is from 09:00 on October 10 to 18:00 on October 14. applicants log in to the Military Talent Network "The Military Open Recruitment of Professional Skills to the Society for Civilian Personnel Registration System", fill in personal information truthfully as required, and select employers and recruitment positions. When choosing a position, you must confirm one by one whether you meet the corresponding conditions. After registering, applicants should provide relevant supporting documents and upload them to the designated email address according to the standard conditions required by the position. Applicants can pay the registration fee immediately or before the registration deadline using the online payment method. The applicant will be able to successfully pay the fee and print out the registration receipt. It is valid for registration. Registration information and refund will not be changed after registration and payment.
3. Examination assessment. In late October, the employer organized the examination and assessment. Applicants went to the designated website to print the admission ticket and took the theoretical examination and skills assessment with the admission ticket and resident ID card . The time and location of the theoretical examination and skill assessment shall be subject to the employer's phone number, text messages, emails and other notifications. Please keep the relevant contact information open. Applicants can also call to consult the applicant.
The total scores of the theoretical examination and skill assessment are converted according to the percentage system, of which the theoretical examination score (including policy bonus points) account for 40%, and the skill assessment score accounts for 60%. Referring to the 2022 military open recruitment policy for civilian personnel in civilian positions and professional and technical positions, additional points will be given to military martyrs' families and other personnel.Among them, the theoretical examination scores will be increased by 10 points for military martyrs, spouses and children of soldiers who died in the line of duty, and brothers and sisters of unmarried military martyrs; the theoretical examination scores will be increased by 10 points; the theoretical examination scores will be increased by active-duty soldiers, retired soldiers, soldiers who have been deceased in the workplace and transferred to civilian personnel, as well as those who have worked in the army for more than 5 years and have been rated as outstanding soldiers ("Four-have" outstanding soldiers) or have received awards or above, the theoretical examination scores will be increased by 5 points. The military dispatched civilian personnel, non-active public service personnel, socially hired personnel and retired college students who were dispatched to carry out front-line COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control and treatment tasks. On the basis of meeting the above-mentioned requirements for bonus points, the theoretical examination results can be added by another 5 points. Among them, those who belong to military martyrs, spouses and children of soldiers who died in the line of duty, and brothers and sisters of unmarried military martyrs, shall not exceed 15 points; those who belong to active-duty soldiers, retired soldiers in the year (2022), in-service soldiers who died in illness and active-duty cadres shall not exceed 10 points.
4. Determine the preselected object. The employer shall determine the pre-selected candidates based on the total scores of the theoretical examination and skill assessment from high to low according to the ratio of 1:1.2 for the total scores of the theoretical examination and skill assessment. Among them, if the skill assessment score is less than 60 points, they shall not be used as the pre-selected candidates; if the total scores are the same, the ranking shall be determined according to the skill assessment score and the operational skills sub-score.
5. Physical examination and political assessment. In early November, physical examinations and political assessments of pre-selected candidates were organized. Physical examinations and psychological examinations are conducted in prescribed medical institutions, and the costs are borne by the employer. Pre-selected objects who pass physical examinations and psychological examinations, and organize political assessments.
6. Confirm to hire objects. For pre-selected candidates who pass the physical examination and political assessment, the employer determines the candidates to be hired based on the total scores of the examination and assessment.
If the candidate voluntarily waives the candidate qualification for employment, the employer can substitute the candidates who pass the physical examination and political assessment in sequence according to the total scores of the theoretical examination and skill assessment from high to low.
7. Results are announced. The Rocket Force announced the list of candidates to be hired through the Military Talent Network, and at the same time announced the supervision and acceptance telephone number and email address, and accepted social supervision. The announcement period is 5 days.
8. Approval and recruitment. Those who have no objections to the public announcement or do not affect the recruitment of the candidates shall handle the employment approval in accordance with the prescribed authority and sign an employment contract.
5. Warm reminder
According to relevant policies and regulations, the employment management and welfare benefits of civilian personnel in professional and skilled positions are different from civilian personnel in management positions and professional and technical positions. Both implement the employment system and sign the employment contract.
