Application materials
(I) Apply for a recommendation letter from the municipal government to apply for permanent residence.
If a certified foreign high-level talent needs to apply for a permanent residence in China, the applicant can submit the application materials at the same time when applying for the "Confirmation Letter". After receiving the application, the Guangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau will submit the application that meets the conditions to the municipal government for approval every quarter based on actual conditions. After the municipal government issued the "Recommendation Letter", the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau sent the "Recommendation Letter for Permanent Residence in China for Foreign High-level Talents in Pearl River Delta Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone 9 and Jieyang Zhongde Metal Ecological City", and issued the "Notice for Permanent Residence in China for Foreign High-level Talents in Pearl River Delta Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone 9 and Jieyang Zhongde Metal Ecological City to the employer.
(II) Permanent residence is recommended by the employer.
Foreign high-level talents recognized by the Guangzhou Science and Technology Bureau can apply for a work residence permit of 5html within 1 year (added to "talent") in the entry and exit management department. After 1 year of 3html, they can apply for permanent residence in China after the unit recommendation, and further shorten the approval time limit.

(I) For foreign high-level talents who meet the recognition standards, their spouses and minor children, they can directly apply for permanent residence qualification in China by the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government recommendation. The corresponding application process will speed up the approval process. The Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau will complete the review work within 1 working day after acceptance of the acceptance of the review materials, and the Ministry of Public Security will complete the approval within 1 working day after receiving the review materials.
(II) Foreign high-level talents in our city and high-level talents in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who have obtained permanent residence qualifications or work residence permits in China provide personal guarantee and employment contracts, and can apply for a private affairs residence permit for the corresponding period of time for the foreign domestic service personnel they hire (add "Housekeeping Services").

(IV) Those who are recognized as foreign high-level talents from our city and come to China without a visa can apply for an R (talent) visa from the authority to arrive at the port visa. After entering the country, they can apply for a work residence permit with a valid period of 5html within 1 year as required; those who come to China with other visas can apply for a change to a R (talent) visa or apply for a work residence permit with a valid period of 5html within 1 year as required.
