Step 1: NVC program
1. Submit the visa fee, each person needs US$345.
2. After paying the fee, log in to the NVC's official website https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx to fill in the DS-260 immigration visa form and prepare the NVC document.
DS-260 form cannot be changed after submitting it, so you should pay attention to it when filling it out:

Step 3: Face-to-face signing
