What is talent plan ?
Hong Kong Excellent Talent Admission Scheme (Quality Migrant Admission Scheme), referred to as the Talent Plan. Hong Kong Talent Program, applicants must meet all the following basic qualifications:
1. Age: When the applicant submits an application under this program, his age must be between 18 and 50 years old.
2. Financial requirements: The applicant must prove that he can bear the life and accommodation of his or her dependents (if any) during his stay in Hong Kong without relying on public assistance.
3. Good character: Applicants shall not have any criminal record or bad entry record regardless of whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere.
4. Language Ability: Applicants must have good Chinese or English writing and speaking skills (Chinese speaking refers to Mandarin or Cantonese).
5. Basic education: Applicants must have a good education. Generally, they are required to have a university degree awarded by an accredited university or higher education institution. In special circumstances, good technical qualifications, proven professional abilities and/or experience and achievements that can be attached with supporting documents may also be considered.
If the applicant fails to provide a confident proof document and proves that he meets all the above basic qualifications, his application will be immediately rejected and will not be processed.
Hong Kong Talent Program Score System:
Applicants who meet all the conditions of "basic qualifications" can choose to accept further evaluation in the "comprehensive score system" or "achieve score system". Each applicant can only submit one application at the same time and can only choose to evaluate on a score system in the same application.
Achievement Score System
must meet one of the following two requirements to get 225 points. Those who do not meet cannot submit an application

3, the highest work score is 55 points;
4, the highest language score is 20 points;
5, the highest family score is 20 points;
6, the highest talent list is 30 points;
