In July 2019, Ms. Li obtained an extension of residence as an entrepreneur immigrant, which is valid until July 2021.

Ms. Li applied for further residence in 2016 to maintain the first-level entrepreneur immigration.
Ms Li's initial application to immigrate as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur was submitted on behalf of her former lawyer before her visa expired in February 2016, but was rejected multiple times before Ms Li was subsequently granted approval.

Ms Li has not been away from the UK for more than 540 days in the past 10 years during her legal residence.

Ms. Li has successfully passed the Life in the UK test in April 2021.
English Language
Ms. Li has passed and received a postgraduate degree in Digital Film and Television Production from XXX University, UK, in January 2015 as a fulfillment of the CEFR Level B.1 English Language requirement.

Ms. Li does not have any criminal convictions or civil liability.

Ms. Li enjoys her own private living environment in the UK. She continues to run the company as a director of UK company XXX, where she has been employing UK residents.
